This was the large Lobster BLT. The cost was $41.80 after taxes and fees on Doordash. Need I say it was definitely not worth it. There was barely any lobster on the sandwich. The lobster had little flavor, the bacon was undercooked and the bread roll was stale. After spending over $30 for a sandwich you’d expect it to be somewhat good. Very disappointed, will never buy here again. Don’t get me started on the brownie… yuck!

Had to beg for a bag to carry my food and then had to smash it all into a small bag. Toasting roller didn’t work. $38 for two mediocre sandwiches – being from Florida where we don’t have this chain – I’m LESS than impressed!!

I went with my mother for lunch, today, as neither of us had been in years. She was very happy with her Steak #9 and it was hearty. I ordered a Medium Chicken & Cheese and added bacon and ranch dressing. My sandwich was lacking on the amount of chicken. For a Small and Medium Sandwich and a Soda and a Water for $29 and change, I was disappointed with my portion. I am giving 3 stars based on my mother’s satisfaction and the good taste of what I had.

Was just there and the manager was rude to her two workers ( it was busy but no call for how she treats her employees) this is not the first time if your that wound for sound you shouldn’t have that position) It’s not your employees fault or the customers that you haven’t had a cigarette since 10am. Not only does this particular location always do a great job with our food, it is their caring personalities that truly bring us back time and time again. Today was no exception. This pandemic has put a tremendous amount of strain on everyone, but when I went to go pick up my food in my work attire, the employees thanked me for my hard work. They took the time to appreciate me, and I hope that they know how much I appreciate them!
