This is the 3rd sandwich I’ve had that was horrendous and I just threw away! Ordered a steak, mushroom, cheddar and onion pocket! No mushrooms, no cheese and the pocket was stale and inedible! I called them this last time and asked to speak to the owner and they had no clue! At one time this place was the best…I gave them too many chances…I called them and asked to speak to the owner and I was put on hold!!! Never again!!

Everytime we come the manager comes out n open the door for my boyfriend in a wheelchair. Always courtesy given here. My dad always brought me as a kid here every weekend and like to eat here when im in town. Ordered our grinders. I love the Thanksgiving style grinder but my boyfriend forgot to ask for no stuffing . They graciously remade it for me. Always pleasant workers. We really like the customer service. That keeps us coming back.

In this day and age one of the most hardest hit industry, restaurants, and food establishments. It’s so very hard to find, and keep good help. I would like to share with you my experience when I visited D’Angelo’s in Westerly Rhode Island. I called with an order to go and there was a minor mistake. Granted that they were extremely busy. I spoke with the manager and he was sincerely disappointed that it happened. He told me the next time I come in he would make sure that the order was right. And boy did he ever, it was the most delicious steak sandwich that I had in my life. I would highly recommend that you visit this establishment. I give it five stars ! And I would like to thank manager Jim personally for making things right.
