Horrible service. Tried saving time by calling while driving home on the pike.

My mother and I both ordered lobster rolls. I ordered a medium and my mother ordered a small. The cashier who took our order shared with us that the small would be 6 inches, and the medium would be 9 inches. The sandwich my mother received was almost empty and the exact same size as the one I ordered.

Ordered a BBQ chicken and cheese and was served a corpses that was covered in Sweet Baby Ray’s. Besides looking like a dumpster fire it tasted like summer harbor trash. Foulest 26 bucks I’ve ever spent. I’d rather dig the trash out of the dumpster at the end of the night, honestly would be better I bet

Pleasantly surprised by very good toasted Italian! And reasonably quick service —

The food was amazing and the service was fast and friendly. The young lady cooking was efficient and obviously knew what she was doing, I enjoyed seeing her work through the orders, without rushing to get it on the “plate” but ensuring each order was prepared exactly to please the taste buds of the customer. ( I had to slip her a little extra cash after I ate the meal because it deserved acknowledgement) The owner or manager was really friendly and even though we are in a covid climate he was gracious enough to listen to my compliments and praise for his food, staff and service. Without a doubt, I will be stopping and hungry next trip through Massachusetts.

The sandwiches were ok. The service was fine, but the speed was pretty awful. They warned us when we ordered that it would take 6-7 minutes to make our order. About 25-30 minutes later they called my husbands name and both of the sandwiches were wrong. We think that maybe someone else had the same name and grabbed our order. The girl at the counter was nice and offered to remake our order, so we waited another 15 minutes for the correct sandwiches. It might be helpful to use some sort of number system vs. calling names to avoid a similar mix up in the future. Waiting 45 minutes for a rest stop sandwich was a bit ridiculous.

This is a review for Chartleton East…I ordered a steak bowl, then while waiting I noticed the lobster roll so I asked if I bought it also, would it last till I got home in an hour. First I was told no…but then the young man waiting on me came up with an idea. He gave me two plastic bags and suggested I fill them with ice from the soda machine to keep the lobster cold till I could get it home. I did just that and had if for lunch the next day! Not only were both meals delicious but I was struck by the great service and initiation on his part. That is rare and very appreciated! Thank you! I will be back 🙂

Ordered a pastrami and Swiss…sad excuse for a sandwich. Had the worst stomach pain of my life and then crapped my brain out a couple hours later. All I can say is that this place was atrocious.

I walk up to the counter to check out the different pizza’s. I stood there for 3 minutes while cashier Victoria L talked to a gentleman that work with her. Not once did she ask me can she help me or do I want anything. Then two white women walk up to the same counter and she runs up to the counter to quickly ask if they need anything. I then proceeded to stand behind them in order to get any kind of service from this restaurant. So disappointed at the service I received

Love this place. Everytime we visit Boston we stop and get a Lobster Roll here. I know there may be many others in New England, but this chain store constantly had good fresh lobster rolls. We tried their Thanksgiving sandwich too. Also very good. Friendly service.
