Poor customer service. As we waited 25 min food was prepared for a staff going on break. Sandwiches prepared for take out and sat on counter.Customers served who came in after we did. Hot sandwich was barely warm and the cheese was omitted. Not impressed

Arrived at 6:55pm and was totally ignored when I walked in. Staff proceeded to walk out back. Didn’t return to the counter area until it was 7:00 pm and they proceeded to tell me they were closed. Extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to serve me. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint with them too.

I had the lobster roll. The lobster was delicious and the bun was good too but the lettuce had that taste when it’s prepackaged and it gets old and starts to taste off. Spent too much on this sandwich too have the inexpensive lettuce ruin it.

Ordered lunch with the whole office threw the website online. Got a veggie pocket. The veggie pocket had absolutely no veggies in it. Called and they said that’s because they are out of peppers. It is my understanding that you should then call the customer and inform them you are out of peppers. They offered a refund on the Veggie pocket. My coworker was then eating a BLT. Got halfway threw it and saw that there was a hair in the sandwich. This is absolutely NASTY!!!!

Ordered on line take out and picked it up. Very disappointing! Veggie sandwich had about 6 mushrooms and onions with tons of cheese. BLT had a hair in it & the #9 with extra cheese was burnt and had zero cheese and no peppers or mushrooms, must’ve used them all in the veggie pocket. Called to find out, they ran out of peppers. SMH

Called at 7:40pm on Monday Dec 5th to order take out. The first words out of the girls mouth was “just so you know, we close at 8pm”. Really? Great way to earn future business when you’re more worried about the time than serving the public. This is what happens when you hire monkeys, you get peanuts.
