Disappointed with the new ownership of this restaurant. The food doesn’t compare to the old owners/cooks. I ordered through their website hoping to just pickup and go. When I arrived to the restaurant, the door was still locked. Then when they opened the door for me I told them I was there for pickup, they looked at me with a confused look. I proceeded to show them my paid order online. The lady then goes to the back to make my order, while making my order she is on the phone confirming my online order with another owner. One hour later she finally brings out the food I ordered and begins writing a ticket. I showed her my phone again to show her that it had been paid for already. She asked for a copy of the paid invoice, I obliged, then she sees that the prices were not updated. She then proceeds to give me a guilt trip about them losing money on this order. I finally get home to enjoy my meal, but ended up disappointed. The only thing good was the adobo fried rice, the pinapaitan barely had any liquid, the flavor was off. The kilawen kambing was not any better, part of the reason they took so long with the order is they couldn’t find the ginger. Instead of walking across the street to purchase some, they just decided not to include with my dish. Your experience might be different, but just sharing mine to enlighten you all so you won’t be disappointed like I was.

So yummy!! The lady who served us and cooked for us was so sweet, and cooked up a special fish dish that wasn’t on the menu since they were out of chicken and I don’t eat pork. Really tasty flavors, great portions. Will definitely come back!

Don’t be fooled by its appearance. The food is definitely more bang for your buck! Definitely get the banana lumpia. It’ll change your life!

This was formally Its Ono. I decided to try this place with the new name of the restaurant during dinner. There is specials on the board. I noticed during breakfast and lunch they have a buffet. The menu looks the same. I recognize the cook. I think they just changed the name. They serve Filipino and American food. I got the lechon kiwali… It was ok. The lechon wasn’t hot. It was cold like the onions/tomatoes. The dessert was really good like before. Banana lumpia and ube ice cream. Also, they have Wi-Fi. I do like the waitress. The service is awesome! They are all friendly. You should just try this place and try some of the other stuff they have on the menu. It’s a whole lot of food to choose from. I’m going to pick something different the next time… Maybe the prime rib pasta.

We went on a Friday night. It was empty and the atmosphere was a little weird, so was the smell in the restaurant. The waitress stood next to us and stared at us until we placed our order. We ordered oxtail soup but it didn’t smell fresh, so we didn’t eat it. Overall uncomfortable experience. Won’t go back again.

The food was delicious. Our group and I had “kamayan;” smaller than I expected, but the seafood platter, “kamayan-style,” was delicious. The service was so friendly; I felt like I was welcome and at home. It was a very relaxing environment. There is a karaoke section, which I thought was a bit secluded from the rest of the restaurant, but the volume of the speakers were loud. I was worried that other customers were bothered by the music and the singing. I usually do not crave for filipino food, away from home, but I didn’t mind eating here for a little taste of home.

Food is really good. Old style cooking. Prices are affordable and amount well worth it. Service needs improvement. That’s why 4 stars. If service gets better I would give 5 stars.
