I have been to the original Dalton’s and the express, both wonderful. The express has great breakfast! This was my first time at the Downtown location. It was pretty good. Decided to go off the chicken menu to try the surf n turf. Ordered the steak medium rare and the shrimp grilled. Man the shrimp was on point and very well seasoned! The steak was very fatty and overcooked, more like well. But I honestly can’t blame them for the cut of the steak and it was thin so easy to overcook. It was a little pricey, says market on the menu, turned out it was about $25… $30 with a drink and an upgrade to very small side salad.

We love Dalton’s Downtown! Great food and wonderful staff and service! My ONLY constructive criticism would be make the Ranch dressing thicker, too thin for my liking! But still tastes great! The salads are so good! As are the burgers and shrimp!! EVERYTHING! ♥️

Dalton’s downtown is the place to be! It’s not always fast food, but it’s great food. They have a great menu and have plenty of room to spread out in the old Colquitt Hotel. Sunday lunch is probably their busiest time, but it’s definitely worth the wait. They also do some amazing catering.

Absolutely love it here!! I love the food it is always amazing. It never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and it’s a very nice atmosphere for family outings, business luncheons, lunch dates, etc. 10/10 would always dine again!
