This place is awesome! So excited they decided to open their food truck in Beaverton. They have a plethora of grilled cheese sandwiches. Each one is tasty, with generous portions. I tried the Cubano, and a buddy got the Bacon Caprese, while his son got the Reuben. Each one was filling.

I love the fact that the tomato soup is vegan, and that they have vegan options for their sandwiches. The owner was so kind and was willing to answer all my questions. The tomato soup is amazing and so was the grilled cheese Cubano sandwich. Will definitely be back to try their other sandwiches.

Been here a couple times since they showed up at the Cartel, both times with groups so by now I’ve been able to sample every offering. All have been winners, the Popper and the Roasted Broccoli with cheddar are great meatless options, but if you love your meats the Cubano and especially the Brisket are amazing, because brisket is the best. Nice work Daisy!

The Rueben is so good! Perfect amount of meat to sandwich ratio, yummy sauerkraut, great sauce, and delicious bread. You also get a side of tomato soup to dip your sandwich. The owner of the cart is really nice (as is everyone else who works there). Definitely try it!
