Fun tasty treats! Don’t know a kid who doesn’t enjoy a DQ treat. Burgers, dogs, soft ice cream, sundaes. Sheet Cakes and Dilly Bars too. Great location, drive thru as well!

I think they got new owners or management at this location a few months back. They are not good with their service, rude at times, and now upcharge for any little thing. One time, I got a blizzard, and not only did he not flip it, but it was so soft.

I was trying to redeem my .85 blizzard and my app was having a problem. I went inside and the lady working the counter (black lady, sorry love, I forgot your name) was really sweet and nice. The rest of the staff (from the drive-thru) was very hands-off and pretty much ignored me. Then my blizzard was sat upon a wall, and I was told to grab it from there. Needless to say I won’t be back. Customer service is everything to me, and this was piss poor service.

it’s the BEST Dairy Queen in the area. they butter their toast so well, the chicken was cooked PERFECTLY, and the fries are always solid. Also friendly staff & quick service. Would put in a picture of the food, but we devoured it so fast it was that good.:)

Hi me and my husband went there 2 days ago at the drive thru I got a large twist cone that was fine , we also ordered a medium strawberry milk shake we was waiting to see if they was making It , welp it got 5 mins passed the India girl what ever she is was just looking at us never came to the window and asked anything that was kinda rude . So my husband got mad and drove off didn’t get our medium milk shake … I spent 10.00 and some change for both they got free money for not doing your job right we will never return to this location ever.

Best dairy queen I’ve been to in a while! Fast food isn’t what it used to be but this DQ was on point. Packed Sunday and probably 10+ cars in the drive thru but it took no time at all for our fairly large order. Went inside to use the restroom (traveling), and it was huge and nice inside. Tons of families hanging out. Reminded me of what dairy queen was like growing up!

My son has always thought it was fun to call them out when they don’t flip the blizzard upside down to hand it to him. Well the other day he did and they refused to do the free blizzard, instead they gave him this So basically making him pay for another meal, in order to get a lesser reward, instead of doing what they advertised. Sad that a company that brings in so much money would do this to a teenage boy, ugh. We can just go to another location from now on.

I rarely give reviews where I would give them 0 stars if possible. But here we go. Went through the line. Ordered a meal, large fry, extra sauce, etc. Lady repeated it back on the speaker. It’s correct. Get to window, and despite me saying thank you multiple times and being polite, not a single word is said to me. Then, they barely gave me any fries (not even enough to qualify as a small definitely not a large) and no sauce. So I wait and after a minute or two they open the window and stare at me. I politely point out that my order is incorrect. Cue no words said back and window slammed shut. Employee (Jenna if the cashier logged in was correct) runs away and gets someone else to hand me sauce. Doesnt even get me the fries I ordered if when I mention it. Never comes back to window and just stares at me from farther back. I eventually leave (beyond annoyed) and try to call the store to talk to a manager. Just wanted to point out, the lack of politeness and incorrect order. They hang up on me twice. Then when I finally talk to the manager (it’s Jenna again), no apology. Just rudeness and repeating “if you come back to the store, we’ll get you what you ordered.” I tried explaining that I attempted to fix the order while at the store and the same line is repeated. I mention the lack of customer service – same line repeated. I’m already home, very annoyed. I’m not driving back. Like, had to get you to give me the sauce I ordered, my blizzard was half melted, and a pathetic meal. I work in customer service and have a degree in hospitality. Even if the customer is not 100% correct, apologies and problem solving are expected. I was going to contact the district manager (info on the receipt) but I lost the receipt. – 7/10. Go into Noblesville or Fortville if you want DQ.
