Went there to have ice cream with my husband and kids. Everyone that worked there counter wise were so RUDE! They locked the doors and when leaving my husband told the young lady thank you and had no response. Worker took it upon herself to make a very inappropriate statement. I did let her know that was very unprofessional and she proceeded to shut and lock the door. Went around to drive through and asked for a manager. Went back to the front door and spoke to management that already knew what she said. Acted like it was the usual. I also stated how rude all of the workers were. Her response was sorry. General management needs to do some additional training with this Dairy Queen site!

People that work here are rude!! Never smiled. It was closing time and they locked the doors we had to wait for someone to let us out, the girl that opened the door acted as if she was bothered. We said thank you and she couldn’t even respond.

Ordered #2 with fresh fries. Fries was cold. Had to go inside for them to remake the fries. The cook on the back made stupid comments about remaking the fries. Burger was cold, cheese not melted. I pd 12.00 for a cold old burger. This DQ do not respect nor apprappreciate their customers. I will not be back!!!

As much as they charge now for blizzards, I wish they would actually put a decent amount of toppings/flavor into it. I’ve gotten the cotton candy blizzard a couple of times and I’ve gotten the mint Oreo several times and the bottom half of the cup is practically just vanilla ice cream.
