We went in for a chocolate dipped cone… but the chocolate wasn’t ready .. or maybe the ice-cream wasn’t hard enough …. either way…we had to wait. They tried with mine… and for the mess…. my brother said no thanks! So that was disappointing . As I walked ♂️ over to the very cold ice-cream cakes case, my shoes kept sticking to the floor! It was so sticky and loud . The floor had a visible layer of sticky residue… … very yuck …but everything else appeared clean. …. geesh, someone please clean the floors !

I was all set to post a glowing review, the last time I got food here it was amazing and I forgot to review it. But this time it was terrible. The steak fingers were half-cooked, the “white” gravy was the wrong color, in this case dirt brown. The service was excellent, but the only part of the twenty dollars of food I bought that was edible were the fries. Extremely disappointed. I will not be back and that’s a real shame. It *was* the best food around here and I will miss it.

I ordered one dipped cone. They confirmed I ordered a dipped cone. The guy at the window asked if we ordered the dipped cone then tried to hand us a non dipped cone. Then he screwed it up so bad the chocolate wouldn’t set, the ice cream was squished, the whole thing dripped and it was melted on the inside. Worst DQ location ever. Trying to eat it caused a mess and ruined my clothes. Waste of money. Literally the simplest possible order.

Good food. Terrible customer service. Older lady was very rude and disrespectful. Obviously did not enjoy her job. Part of me feel sorry for her but the other part feels like maybe if she put in a little bit of effort that she would find a little bit enjoyment in life. I’ve been to this specific location once before, i gave it another go and I’m sad to say but this might be worse food quality I’ve tasted in my life. Ordered a burger with fries (#3 Meal) meat patties and fries were cold and it seemed as if the meat had been sitting on the grill for a long while. Paid about $14 dollars for my meal, won’t be back to a place where the food quality it’s just awful. Feel bad for the staff that’s great in service but need to work on their freshness, quality & giving their best in all areas of the restaurant.
