I’ve lived in the area for 15 years, and every few months I get the urge to come here. Every time I swear it’s the last time. We went last night and I guess I wasn’t thinking. Paid $12 EACH for two 6 piece chicken strip dinners, no drink included. As with EVERY SINGLE TIME before, they only give you four strips. I knew better than to not check my box before leaving, but for some reason I wasn’t thinking. And once again, only four strips, and very few curly fries. I shouldn’t have to even check. I usually call and complain, but I’m done, I won’t go back. For that expensive I could’ve gone to Texas Roadhouse. At least they would’ve done the meal right. After speaking to my mother about it, she told me the last time they went, they dined in and ordered two ice creams. They waiting about 15 minutes (it’s always incredibly slow), before going back to the counter. The wait staff told them they thought they left, and put their ice cream in the fridge. They were then handed the two ice creams, half melted. Why they would’ve thought she left is beyond me. This place really needs some help.

Lady with blisters all over her face and arms was extremely rude. I asked for lids on the blizzards and a holder since I have a 5yr and infant with me and apologized for the inconvenience. Apparently me asking ruined her day. She rolled her eyes, looked at me like she hated me, and yelled in a sneering way, “I got you!” She smashed soda lids on the blizzards and not the blizzard lids, so ice cream dripped all over the sides. One of the blizzards, which happened to be mine, she took somewhere. I’m pretty sure she spit in it, so I threw it away. We will definitely not ever go back if she continues to work there. My 5 year old saw how she acted and now thinks mean people work at dairy queen.

Wait time was 20 minutes when I was the only one in line. After getting my food, I looked in the box that I paid $12 for and saw the smallest amount of fries, less than a handful. Sent my husband in to receive more fries and that took an extra 10 minutes. It’s always DQ that does this, no matter what location you go to

Ordered 2 beltbuster meals.. 20 mins later.. recieved two hamburgers so close to burnt and so dry, had to chase each bite with a drink od soda.. fries were so dry and stale we gave them to the birds.. we were already running late or I’d have wasted more time to get a “fresh” order..

Do not try to use the DQ app at this store – they won’t tell you they don’t take it until you’ve used your reward (which you can’t get back). Jessica, the assistant manager, seemed upset that I even asked to use the app. Wasted 30 minutes in the drive thru. Will not be returning to this location.

Went in for shakes. Boy at counter was knew, learning, and trying his best. But the rest was a joke. Had one girl being very disrespectful and only worried that we better hurry up cause she only had 4 minutes till she got off and then gets mad cause she has to help with our order. We got our shakes and went ahead and left even though our order was incorrect and not even blended up. Come on guys.

Place an order for chili cheese fries the french fries were at least six hours old. Which ever Einstein was the one that prepared it decided to throw the napkins fork and ketchup in the chili cheese fries. I guess they thought I wanted chili cheese, napkins, ketchup, fork, fries. Disgusting!!!

I called and tried to place an order to go after trying to get through for 20 minutes somebody finally answered the phone and said if I wanted food to come to the store and hung up on me because they were really busy seems to me it would have taken just as long to have taken my order then it would be to tell me that bull why do they even have a phone number if they won’t take an order over the phone place is sure going downhill. never known a Dairy Queen didn’t have phone order and hang up on you how rude I wouldn’t waste my time constantly messing up orders never getting it right no gravy with steak fingers come on this is Texas Dairy Queen supposed to be a Texas tradition I’m ashamed of this one in Farmersville . then they have a questionnaire so did you dine in take out or get delivery what’s that take out didn’t ask how much did you spend I was going to spend around $60 I guess but like I said they hung up in my face and said they were too busy to take a phone order nowhere in the business etiquette book does it say hang up on someone .not even a one star .

In the last year, the Farmersville establishment has gone downhill. Today was the last straw. We ordered breakfast as we have done many times. We ordered the country breakfast and a side of pancakes. Our food was cold, our biscuits were not cooked all the way and our pancakes were made from the biscuit mix. The manager won’t even give my husband jelly for his biscuits that we paid for. We will not be going back.

Standard Dairy Queen fare with exceptionally nice servers. We went for ice cream for the Littles. I’d return to this location for their staff.
