Visited on a Wednesday night and It was fairly busy. They were out of several flavors of soda. Three people in my group we all ordered Steak Finger baskets and they didn’t mention that they were out of gravy until they delivered our food. WHAT!!! Didn’t eat it so don’t know how it tasted. Got a refund and left. Went across the street to Raising Canes

I had ordered No #10 Dude combo and my husband ordered No#2 HungerBuster. When got home my sandwich was a chicken sandwich. The Dude is a chicken fried steak sandwich. And for my husband burger was wrong it supposed to have mayo pickles and onions only. It didn’t have pickles on it and was charged for a triple meat combo. Won’t go there no more.

I am disappointed. Just left this location and ordered an Oreo Brookie blizzard to go. I was really given an Oreo blizzard because it didn’t have a single brownie in it. I’ve had this on my tastebuds for 4 days, and I am so disappointed. I literally heard workers discussing brownies, so I thought they put them in there. Please train the locations on how to make the blizzards properly. The customers before me had to take their blizzards back up for additional toppings several times. I would have as well had I known it wasn’t made properly before I left. I tried calling and the phone doesn’t work. I know it’s been down a few weeks because I’ve tried to call before. This is unacceptable.

Never coming here again. I ordered a dipped cone and the cone looked like a small uncircumcised . Looked gross and it was all melting. I had to ask for a cup. The blizzards were fine. I had to ask for napkins.. I guess giving out napkins is not standard anymore ♀️

If zero star was an option it would be my rating for this location. So disappointed with quality at this location, spent 26$ for 2 large blizzards and 3 mini ones and got instead a melted type of milkshake. Such false advertising when it is delivered afterwards a 10-12 minute wait time and it’s melted. We even told drivethru employee and he just laughed.Such a ripoff. Never again!

Bathrooms were closed. I had to dry a seat to sit down. The seats had been washed but all seemed wet. Our ice creams weren’t brought to us. Instead our number was called and the employee pointed to the counter for me to get it myself. My husband’s dipped cone was already dripping. I’m disappointed. They used to have better service.

It’s always a hit or miss at this location. Drinks and desserts are always good, but the bread has been hard/stale on my burger at least twice. I ordered an ice cream cake once and the cake was fresh but how the words were written was horrible. Not sure if they had no one there to do it right.

I can see why the reviews are so bad. Bad management ruby. Seems like she also needs to have a bear. Customer service to be a better role model for the younger generation that are working in Dairy Queen… I asked for an ice cream dip. not know how to make one properly. I know I will not go back there for anything. What a shame. They were upset because I complained their ice cream cone dip was not done properly and it melted all over my hands.. Ruby did not even bother to apologize or to say let’s get it working better.

I was stuck in drive through for 47 minutes for 2 ice cream cones. There was a sign asking to hire people. It’s weird that they can’t hire anyone. I am not going back anytime soon.
