We stopped here for lunch yesterday and the young man at the counter was very nice but the overall experience was awful. The dining area was filthy, there were two workers in the dining area with their heads on the tables…maybe napping?? I wiped our table off as they stayed with their heads down the whole time. Our food was mediocre. I won’t say what the hotdogs looked like. I know we won’t go back.

We ordered a cake over the phone 2 days earlier to eat there for my son’s 9th birthday.The cake was good. We were told over the phone to bring our own plates and utensils, which I thought was odd since we bought the cake there and its a dine-in restaurant. When we arrived we asked for the cake and the young lady could not find it. She asked if I had a receipt and my friend said “Receipt? She ordered over the phone” in a normal tone. Then an older lady came from the back with the cake saying “Dont you be rude to my employees!!” We were taken aback, as we had not been rude at all. We said that and she continued to accuse us and say I heard you!! We did not argue. We just took the cake and said it looked great. Tried to be nice. The young girl said “you know they are eating it here?And the older woman roller her eyes! Really upsetting way to start a party. We forgot our cake knife but no way were we going to ask staff for help. My friend had a pocket knife so we used that. It was clean and cake was good. That cake decorator needs a class in how to treat customers!!

The service here was embarrassing. I’ve gone through the drive-thru three times and haven’t been served any of them. I guess I should have known they stop serving customers a half-hour before closing time. Eventually I tried the dining room and was able to order. I saw my food in the window and the cashier even asked me what I ordered. She took my food out of the window and left it to go back to the drive-thru for several minutes. She finally gave me my food and needless to say, it was room temperature. Honestly, I don’t blame the cashiers. You can tell they’ve had no one tell the what to do at all.

Terrible unprofessional young workers that have no service training. Understand this DQ is understaffed as their hours on front door state that they will be open as staffing allows. Bring understaffed without professional service is an issue. When you have 2 staff only serving the drive thru and won’t even acknowledge people inside at register wanting to order is exactly why I will not go to this location again. Train your staff owners to at least professionally let patrons know that they will be with you soon. Ignoring people standing in line is rude.

Was given a blizzard through the drive thru, and I took a bite. The lady then came back to the window and said she needed it back because it wasn’t mine. And I told them I took a bite, she then told me to give it back and they had to throw it away. The lady said her manager wants them to throw it out and waste it.

It shouldn’t matter what I order! It’s rude to call a customer directly that their disgusting; then show off what I ordered to other customers & humiliate them especially since the female manager that works their is has the worst and most disgusting attitude towards her employees & other customers, I feel sorry for anyone who has to put up with that witch of a gremlin!
