Fries limp and barely warm. Liked the flavor of “the paste” of the “chili dog”??? … but it didn’t look like chili I’ve grown up my 60 years (and I’ve had a lot of chili dogs). They should have at least covered it up with some melted cheese. Of course, most anything you get from the desert side of DQ is delish! We tried the frozen hot chocolate for the first time and OH MY GOSH… IT WAS EXACTLY THAT!

I keep telling myself not to go to this location anymore but it’s just the most convenient one for us. NEVER do we get all of our blizzards made correctly. NEVER. They are always straight off the menu too, no modifications. And they only blend the ingredients about half way down the cup, the second half is just vanilla ice cream. Got home tonight and my son’s blizzard was labeled with what he ordered but what was inside was anybody’s guess. My cookie dough blizzard kept tasting fruity and after a good stir, I discovered pieces of strawberries in it. And multiple times, including tonight we’ve witnessed employees fighting with each other while waiting at the drive thru window. Right in front of customers. Really?

DQ is way better here than anywhere I’ve had it! They don’t cheat you on the mix-ins in the blizzards and they actually give you a lot of mix-ins! They also blend their blizzards well. The food tastes more fresh here too!

Everyone loves a cold treat on a hot day, but if you plan to use DQ app just be aware the app is not user-friendly and staff even struggle if you have a code on your phone to get it applied to your order. DQ headquarters need to fix this or get out of App business. I would go more but get mad trying to scan a receipt for points to save a few cents. DQ needs a better marketing team to offer their customers value.

In increasing order of severity: they never care to get your order right (I was given the wrong order *entirely* one time), they don’t change their oil and write up employees who try to change it like they’re supposed to, and they never wash their hands. Ever. Their food is literally sickening. Avoid this location like the plague.
