Very busy after 7pm. If you’re looking to eat inside don’t bother. EXCELLENT customer service. Food what you expected. Work nearby so this is my lunch or dinner. My sit down hours Apparently are peak rush. They have ALWAYS given me coupons for free Sundays if I wait more than 15 minutes for my lunch/dinner. All employees are friendly and accommodating.

Very friendly staff! They were very busy and only had a few workers who were great. The team of gals got everything done quickly and efficiently. The lady who I believe was the manager was training and was so kind and patient with the new counter worker. Will make this a regular stop for lunch.

My family and I have been coming to this Dairy Queen for a lot of years.. We’ve been seeing a huge turnaround in the kids that work there. Seems like kids pretty much run the place and it shows most the time. Is cleanliness does not seem to be their motto….. Also most of the time they don’t get the order right and there’s a silly up- charge when you create your own blizzard which to me is a rip off.! Especially when you’re just exchanging one flavor for another that’s already in it.. And the drive-through parking lot is like going through a minefield or 4 wheel drive course huge potholes everywhere… Just my 2 cents……..

My bf ordered me a brownie cheesecake blizzard on his way home but after arriving home i basically got vanilla ice cream with 10% of the toppings I’ve ever received. They even charged us for extra toppings. The manager wouldn’t do anything unless we immediately drove 25-30 minutes back to the valley with the trash blizzard in hand. I wish I could give it zero stars for customer service and quality

We got here at 8:22pm and the lobby was closed. A worker was literally sitting in her car and yelled out “the lobby is closed” to us. I feel like if your lobby hours are supposed to be until 10pm maybe that should be the hours you’re actually open?

So I just came through DQ off of E. Trent Ave. In Spokane and ordered a large Snickers blizzard. It was served very fast and with a lid on top. I didn’t really think much of it at the time but now I realize they put a lid on it and did not flip it because it was 3/4 full and completely melted. Honestly, I should have checked it but I didn’t think there would be much to it really. I don’t mind being served something that someone else may have not wanted as long as it is still served in an acceptable time frame and as advertised. It was obviously previously made and sitting out. It’s 3/4 full so I don’t know if they just didn’t top it off or someone else had eaten some haha. Every blizzard I have ever ordered from a DQ has been great but this $7.94 blizzard is by far the worst I’ve ever received. And the fact that they took advantage of a person by covering it with the lid and passing it off as their order just to save a couple minutes of easy work is what really bothers me. After reading the reviews it looks like the owner of this location is pretty good with ignoring concerns and asking for second chances . Make sure to take a minute and check your food.

Super slow service. Looks like they only have three people working, and the three that were there had no motivation to get things done in a timely manner. There were not very many customers at all, so it is very unclear why things are so slow.

A family in front of me got turned down because you don’t take American Express. Their young daughter and son were so excited for dinner and treats and you turned them down just them to get back in their car a go elsewhere. Then I ordered a strawberry shake. Paid for it then went to use the bathroom. They guy at the front counter said the customers bathrooms are closed yet your website says customer bathrooms. Very disappointed in that location and in Dairy Queen in general. You lost me as a customer.
