Their sign has always said they close at 10PM, I Called twice before driving 20 miles to confirm they would be open because they have done this to me before. I pulled up to the speaker at 9:40PM and got no response, I pulled up to the window and the employee was just standing there “cleaning” acting as if she didn’t see me and my friend in our car.

Customer Service is dead. 1 employee was on the phone. Then they turned off the drive up lights 20min before they closed. Just another tactic to detour customers. Ordered banana split and half the banana is missing. Menu Pictures are definitely misleading.

I can’t believe how bad this place is getting , lines of people who want the service and they can’t even get it. They ran out of ice cream, service is terrible. Phones are always down, hopefully corporate steps in , maybe get undercover boss in there for an extreme makeover!!!! Just take my money and get my kids some ice cream !!

They are getting very bad , last time the typist in the 4 strip chicken strip basket the bread was not even toasted it was in half but broken, and we didn’t even get gravy. Last well they didn’t have bananas for the banana split, they said if I wanted it without the bananas lol.

I felt like a chicken strip that had been sitting in a hot food display at a gas station for far longer than it should have. I really could have taken myself into the bathrooms that were pleasantly more cooler than the whole place. That should tell you how warm it was in there today. Please fix or adjust your air conditioning.
