Drive thru is way long line. My husband and I decided to eat inside facility. 5 crews are working over there but front line and drive thru are busy and busy. Service is good. Crews are kind but they don’t look happy and they seemed like tired. I understand nowdays take care of customers service isn’t fun. Facility is not bad mostly clean but still I saw dirty tables and chairs. And smells like rotten milk or rotten eggs in store. I guess a lot of people dropped ice cream off on floors or tables areas. But ice cream and milk shake were great and delicious.

Very disappointed did not receive the cake I ordered, no explanation or communication on why either. I would expect that if an establishment was unable to fulfill an order that they would at least communicate but no, not this business. On the day of the party when the cake was picked up, surprise! Drive through was packed so my daughter and I decided to walk in. As I walked in I noticed and counted 5 employees not including the 2 Drive-through employees or the back-of-the-house employees. Not one turned to me and said welcome. They all were in a circle talking. A young girl came from the back to help me. We ordered and got our ice cream pretty fast, but not one employee said thank you have a nice day. I get this new generation of workers have no work ethic but damn. Shame on the owners and General managers for allowing these kids to ruin your business. We will never be back for the simple fact when you walk into a business to spend your hard-earned money and you feel uncomfortable it is just not worth it. Owner/ managers wake up and do your job.

The service is definitely sub-par and sometimes just plain rude. My main complaint is that for a place that specializes in ice cream treats, you’d think they’d be better at making them. Ordered 3 of the new brookie blizzards today and all 3 were treats on top and then 3/4 full of plain vanilla ice cream underneath. Then we had fries missing from our order too and the lady acted as if it was our fault. So – don’t come here for the service and be sure to check your food before you leave to make sure your order is correct.

I’m always so disappointed when I come to this Dairy Queen. I don’t know why this location sucks so much compared to literally any other Dairy Queen in vancouver. The best location is the orchards one by far. The only reason I come to the mill plain one is because it’s close to me. I ordered a hot fudge blizzard only to be served a sm double fudge cookie dough blizzard!!! When I asked the blonde guy in the drive through if it was correct (blizzard was very dark in color) he said well it’s what they handed me so if it’s not correct it’s not on me. I drive off and as soon as did realized it was a small double fudge cookie dough blizzard, not what I ordered. Every time I come to this store something like this happens.

Blizzards are amazing, layout is the most horrifying thing I have ever experienced. I wanted to walk inside to order, but got stuck in bumper to bumper drive through that took me 15 minutes to move 20 feet to find somewhere I could park. I ended up not going because they are now closed for walk in’s. I am gonna go drive the extra 2 miles to menchies instead. This is the worst layout I have ever seen. Please do something about this

I’ve been going to this location off and on for years and it’s impressive how consistently my orders get messed up. The line and wait are always gigantic as well. Maybe it has something to do with their system for taking orders. Maybe it has something to do with not being able to keep employees.
