First don’t go to bathroom. Girls had Poo all over the toilet. And the men’s had pee all over. We got pretzel sticks. They stuck both together with like it seemed a whole stick of butter. It was so buttery that we couldn’t get the cheese to stay on the pretzel stick. There were a ton of flies in there. So yeah it was nasty.

Kaileylynne is phenomenal! We have our elderly father who MUST have his daily milkshake. We have to travel a ways to get it home to him and she gets it right every time! We ordered our food. A child’s meal n the $7 meal. Two other couples were sitting n eating no one else in restaurant. Ten-fifteen minutes I had to go to counter and ask where was our food. 3 yr old grand son was getting antsy!! At first they said they didn’t have order then someone else came found it. Another 5 minutes or so food finally came! Fries were cold chicken fingers tough. No apologies till I went to get our ice cream and the clerk who had originally took our order said he was soo sorry!! Plus they had forgotten his chocolate milk!!

Spent $41 on my food only to go back and return a rare fish sand, pick up things missing. Did not replace the fish sandwich I didn’t want to try again no refund! Ranch dressing was bad.

Just went thru the drive thru at 9:05 pm and it closes at 10pm..they completely ignored me and wouldn’t acknowledge i was there, acting like they’re already closed. Even though I could see someone walking around. Such effin billsh!t. All I wanted was a blizzard. The manager needs to out these little teeny boppers in check.

Since it’s opening, this DQ has had significant management and service challenges, and unfortunately, they seem to continue to date. Really slow drive-thru line, grumpy or non-attentive window people, and food that is clearly prepared with the barest minimum of effort or pride in workmanship. Limp French fries, barely-mixed blizzards, and burgers where the ketchup is more outside the bun than inside, thereby forcing you to use the one napkin provided to wipe ketchup off of everything. Only ice cream spot in town, but it can’t be this hard to provide bare-bones service-can it?

If I could give them, no stars, I would, horrible service every time the teenagers act like they have something better to do. Even when it’s not busy, they tell you it’s busy and throw food at you which is usually have to order or not the right order won’t be coming to this location again and if you have any self-respect for yourself, you probably shouldn’t either. .
