This time I got a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup ice cream cake. It was delicious! One layer is the PBC then the chocolate fudge & cookie crumble, then vanilla layer. It costs a few dollars more than a regular ice cream cake, but it’s so worth it!!!

The overweight balding manager with neck beard(no name tag), had a very nasty attitude when taking my order I ordered two blizzards and one banana split, he froze for over a minute when I said “hello” he snapped and yelled. Very nasty attitude. Despite the bad experience the blizzard was good.

Very friendly staff… I’d give food 5 stars if they put more toppings on their banana splits…they barely put any on it and ordered it twice just thinking the first order was an oops…haven’t been able to get myself to order another one since…everything else is great so far and staff is great too.

The counter person was not at all eager to be there. Can’t say I blame her with a manager barking and puffing her chest so everyone knew she was the manager. Once we received our order we found our fries soggy and cold, the burger was over cooked and the chicken strips were so salty that it burned the tongue. The drinks tasted “dirty”. The tables and floor were dirty (we cleaned our own table). During the day this place is much friendlier and well kept. Service is swifter and food is prepared properly. Great place…just visit during the mid day.

Took my MIL to Dairy Queen to celebrate her birthday. She loves their blizzards. We had a great time. The service was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Of course we will not wait until her next birthday to go back for great frozen treats!

Today I took my 94 year old Mom in for lunch. She loves to chat because she is very social. The place was not busy. The clerk took her gift card rudely out of her hand and was not patient with my mom trying to find her credit card to pay the balance owed. The table was not cleaned my mom chose by the window. Also the man that appeared to be manager spoke over us while ordering asking one man behind to be patient. It was not a pleasant experience. I will not return

Called to find out about an ice cream cake for mom’s 79th birthday From Lynden store. Phone rang no one answered, called back someone answered. I tried to ask a question. HE was rude said come to store and hung up. . This places employee was rude as hell. So won’t be getting mom ice cream cake she wanted from there will drive to Ferndale to get. Amazed aplace like this can stay in business.
