Tried to go through the drive thru last night and it was a complete joke. The attendant said he couldn’t speak English and then proceeded to shout “bro! Bro! Bro!” I asked for a s’mores blizzard and they said they were out of it. I then asked for a strawberry milkshake and again they said they were out of strawberry and ice cream? It was the weirdest experience at a DQ and the owner should reconsider his employees or the franchise in general.

Stopped here on the way to ferry for a drive through order. Took more than 25 minutes. They missed half of the order including a blizzard and fries. The milkshake was too thick. Terrible experience and rude staff !

5-31-2023 Years ago, not so good but clean and nice employees. Today, I use the drive thru. 3 visits in the last month. Best hamburger #5, best onion rings, great chicken strips and sauce. Complete turn around on the food. Best fast food on South end. Better than several restaurants. Highly recommend.

Stopped by for a quick dinner as it was close to the ferry on my way back to the Island and I have seen the Dairy Queen there for many years. Well I should have kept on driving as the food was sad, the prices were 2 dollars higher than what the menu said and the restaurant was falling apart around you. On every metric it was bad. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service. Run by a bunch of kids who would much rather fool around than do their job. Yelling into a speaker, laughing and pointing at customers, playing and screaming in the bathroom, etc. I ordered a very BASIC meal, and yet they managed to mess it up. I will not be dining here again.

Stopped in on our way up from the ferry. Got our food quickly, but they got it wrong for the number of chicken strips and the fries were definitely old. Waited 30 minutes to get our Blizzards, which they needed to take our receipt back when we inquired about the wait before they’d actually make them. Watched possibly 20-25 vehicles go through the drive-thru before they would serve the two people ahead of us in the lobby. The woman ahead of us said her shake order was wrong and they just shrugged at her as she decided to just leave because she had already waited a long time and didn’t think it was worth the fight. When our blizzards finally came, the gal said “this one is an Oreo Blizzard. This one is… I don’t know what it is.” The Oreo Blizzard was extremely blended and might as well have been a shake. Will not go back to this location.

Thick, frosty blizzards served in a minute or two – no complaints here! While the classic Oreo is always good, the limited frosted circus animals flavor was amazing, and also the snickerdoodle cookie dough. The Reese’s peanut butter was also pretty great. Satisfying every time
