Want a soft serve sundae with Spanish peanuts? Here ya go. The cheese curds were fun, the bready pretzel sticks had a cheese that had a weird consistency, the chilli dog had no beans, and had a soft bun but the dog’s consistency was like cardboard. The young man working took care with the sundaes so they would not fall over on the way home. I appreciated that he took the time.

I got straight up ignored when I went in and tried to order here. Around 8:00 on Saturday night. I come in and there are some people already waiting for food in the lobby. I’ll come to the counter, no one will look in the eye or acknowledge I am there. I waited a few minutes to see if someone would wrap up and come over, nothing. Don’t bother coming here, they do not want your business.

I placed a mobile order, showed up at the ready to pickup time, and had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes for it to be ready. There were 5 employees up front, none of them was running the cash register, and they were ignoring any customer that wasn’t in the drive thru. Then when they finally gave me my order, 45 mins after placing it, the fries were cold.

So apparently at this dq they don’t follow the dq policy!! You walk in and their t-shirts say we flip.for customers.. it’s all over the store. Well the 1st employee said they don’t flip. The 2nd employee told me it’s not free if they don’t flip. So apparently this is the only dq that doesn’t follow policy. I just find it funny how you can have a policy on your wall and not follow it. Also let’s not forget to mention drive through was funny of people, and I walk inside to multiple people standing around. Seemed to be all men and 1 woman. And from what I seem there was a guy hovering over the girl working the window. Looked like he was trying to do more than work!! I’m very observing and seen multiple things in the store I would not allow if I owned it. I definitely won’t be going back

Since this is the closest DQ we come here sometimes. They mess up the order over 50% of the time. It took them 4 tries once to get us cheeseburger with ketchup only one visit. This trip with one adult and two kids the messed up 3 things with the order.
