They sell the smallest ice cream scoop with a normal price. Obviously, the staff in the store don’t know how to help the customer to make the correct ice cream. The girl is poorly trained, she doesn’t know how to make food. I’d rather to drive away to another store to avoid this kind of poor service.

I had the worst Blizzard at this location. I took the drive through. I was served half melted Blizzard and ice cream. On top of that my order was mixed up.. I have been to many DQs and this is the worst location.

Place has gone down hill. Burgers taste eerily similar to the ones you purchase from AM-PM fuel stations. $6 for a small (about 3in by 3in, basically 6 bites) Blizzard. Go to a real burger joint that sells dessert. You’ll pay about the same.

I stopped in the drive-thru the other day, and I noticed a poster on the side of the DQ that said “Chicken Strip basket with Onion-Fries”. Now, I am nearly 50 and have never heard of “Onion-Fries” , so I asked the person taking the order “What are Onion-Fries?”. It was like I was speaking Greek. In response to “What are Onion-Fries?”, they said “Yes”. I repeated myself slowly “What are Onion-Fries?”, and the response was again “Yes”. I pulled up to the window, and asked the girl taking my money “What are Onion-Fries?”, and she looked at me blankly and walked away. A few moments later, the manager (I think) comes over and again I ask “What are Onion-Fries?” and again I get “Yes”.

I pulled up to the drive through at 9:58am (I know it opens at 10, no big deal, I can wait.) Ordered a burger meal Then I was informed the grill is not working. I can only get chicken. ok, let’s get chicken (although I wanted a burger, but I was hungry, so whatever.) Then I was asked to park upfront, despite me being the only one at the drive through. The sandwich tasted ok, but the chicken patty was about 1/4 of an inch thick, but it was $10.99 anyway. Kirkland DQ is so much better.

The guys behind the window were awesome, like the upbeat and smiles, food was good EXCEPT the gravy. I buy extra gravy for my chicken. Never in my life have I had water gravy, tomato soup is thicker than this gravy was, only way I can explain it lol. Not sure why this store doesn’t have thick gravy like every DQ. But that was a major disappointment. Don’t get me wrong food was good, just upset was charged so much for 4 sides is all
