Order a 4 piece chicken strip and get 2 tiny chicken strips. Instead, what a deal! Not only that, but if you want them to remake your meal, they tell you to bring your food back. According to the woman on the phone. That’s the owner’s policy. They did say they’d put my name down for two chickens trips instead of just replacing the whole meal seems kinda lame.

The best part about this place is the dining room. Very chill place to enjoy some ice cream on a hot day. Plenty of space and huge windows with booth seating. Really cool outdoor patio and plenty of parking. Moderately clean with good bathrooms. Probably still the best hangout on the West end of town.

Stopped here for lunch today and had a double cheese burger combo meal. To my surprise, I found the hamburger bun with green mold. Reported same to the Jackson County Health Department for follow-up. See picture included.

To the owner Tim when is the service going to get better? The food is already expensive and then on top of it either the shakes aren’t all the way blended, the chicken strips and fries are cold most of the time, charge almost 5 dollars for a LG Sunday and then give me half the size it’s supposed to be.

Tried giving them a 2nd shot after they blew it the 1st time going here, and yet again they blew it . Won’t ever go to this location again. It’s like a teenage soap opera. Girl over speaker was too worried about her “fake customer voice ” than she was about actually listening to what was ordered even when she repeated it back , then get to drive thru and girl opens window and says here’s the start of it , our drinks and treats that come with meals , the 3 I ordered, then all the sudden a bag gets shoved out the window and I hear have a good night and window shuts I pull forward already knowing we r missing something, yeah the most expensive meal I bought at 12 bucks , so I go inside and wait at counter , same girl whom shoved bag out window states did we forget something, I said yea the most expensive meal I bought , she turns and there it sits on counter , she then slides it toward me and says have a good one , I grabbed the food and turned around to walk out and hear , her yell yeah your welcome!

While the food itself is good, (depending on what you order)my husband and I ordered two chicken strip baskets…we got 1. Not 2 like we ordered. The only thing he got that he ordered was his Pepsi. We won’t be going back to this location.

Been coming here with my fiance for awhile periodical. She’s a vegetarian, so I pick up taco bell for her at the main st. Tacobell and grab a burger from the dq on the way home. More times than not, the burger is gross and seems like the food is sitting there cooked and set to stale. I’m done going here. Not sure why they haven’t been shut down by the health department

Foods ok, but serving size is a joke. 4pc chicken strip basket with onion rings, I get 4 pcs of chicken and 4 onion rings. 4 of them, not huge onion rings either, just regular onion rings, a 4 count. Wow.

I can’t afford to eat fast food anymore. It’s 2/$6 not 2/$5 at this location…go to Carl’s…2 giant burgers for $6. And the dining room is half full of boxes and water bottles. Staff is oblivious. Did I mention that a large soda is $3.99??!!
