I was given extra consideration in seeing the menu without my glasses. I even asked for a couple suggestions to make my order custom for my mood. I like the way the fries were not overcooked and not too skinny. The burger had a spicy sauce. It was a double but they even offered a triple on the menu. The burger was honestly better than some fast food. I got a drink and because I wasn’t sure if it was enough food I got a mini blizzard with Reese’s cup pieces in it. The cost of the combo with the mini blizzard was pretty typical of a regular combo without the blizzard. Overall I was pretty happy and they had nice music playing that you couldn’t help but hum or sing to. So in the end it was a pleasant surprise.

Over ten minutes for a frozen hot chocolate and blizzard. Blizzard was made early and runny. No apology or remedy after I asked where food was. Lid isn’t even on and hand covered in sticky now. Never again. This place is always a let down.

I’ve been to Dairy Queen’s far and wide, and there is simply no location like the one on Coburg rd. This location in fact, is the reason I continue to try and be disappointed by other Dairy Queen locations. Specifically, the food is consistent, the prices are fair, even through inflation, and the people seem to actually care. That last one is hard in fast food. Well done!

I’m not one to give raving reviews for a franchise restaurant (especially a fast-food chain restaurant), but this Dairy Queen beats all others in the area for its quick and strong service alone! Makes me enjoy my Blizzards a bit more because of how promptly they get their food out. Then again, maybe that’s just my opinion since I only order Blizzards and not a full meal. Nonetheless, this Dairy Queen comes fairly close to living up to what a “FAST-FOOD” chain is supposed to be.

We were in a hurry to grab some food since we had to be somewhere by 7pm. We pulled in at 6:20, ordered right away, and got our food 5 minutes later. Food hit the spot for all us and we were out the door at 6:40. Made it to our destination with 10 minutes to spare. Best all around service i have had at a DQ in a long time. Not from this area either so bonus points for that

Food is always good but service here is always mediocre to the staff just don’t even care sometimes. Also was kind of disappointed when I ordered a blizzard and it was served right-side up looking like soup. I asked if the next one was free and the gentleman just laughed and said no. Is the served upside down or its free actually a thing or did someone forget to train the staff?

Horrible service. Online and hours posted state they close at 11 pm. As we were waiting in the drive thru ready to order, they shut the light off. We pulled to the window and in the most smug and disrespectful way, the young man working stated “we are closed”. When we explained that we were in line while they shut the lights off, he said they just changed their hours last week, and they were all closed up. He closed the window on us in the middle of asking him a question. He then pointed to the hours sign, which states they close at 11. When we pulled out of the drive thru, there were 5 cars in line waiting to order. Worst customer service and most disrespectful employees. I will be contacting corporate.

Went through the drive-thru for a quick dinner and blizzard on June 14, 2023. I ordered the chicken strip basket, and it was extremely disappointing for an item they are charging about $10 for. The chicken strips were equivalent to popcorn chicken, the smallest scoop of fries, stale bread and the gravy was water with floating black specs in it.

Avoid this DQ on weekdays between 11:30a and 1:30p. I walked in the lobby to a throng of high schoolers that can’t form a line and staff not paying attention to who was next. I got cut in line twice and went to the drive thru. I had to cycle back around the drive thru because they couldn’t get my order right. Heinous.
