Cashier told me my 6 piece chicken basket came with two gravies but they only gave me one so I had to ask for another. Glad I checked because Got it to go so was already going down road when I noticed the taste was off on the gravy, didn’t taste right but wasnt to bad so I ate it but while going down interstate I tried my drink, lemonade, and it was terrible, had a bitter aftertaste. Had my daughter taste it to make sure it wasn’t just me, she said it was gross! Not going back to this Dairy Queen.

I’m just about as easing going as it gets but this experience frustrates me beyond belief. I wait in the drive thru for 5 minutes, get to the window to receive my food, and I’m told to pull forward and they’ll bring it out to me. No biggie. Except after waiting for 10 minutes and 6 cars received their order I finally went inside to check on it. Only to NOT be greeted by 4 employees who did not seem like they had any idea who I was even though I had ordered 10 minutes ago. I told the man behind the counter I had a drive thru order that I was waiting on, he responds with “oh okay”. So I follow up and ask what’s the timing on it, all employees funneled through their system to find my order which they had forgotten. Not only was I never apologized to, they never acknowledged my wait time or the inconvenience. No customer service whatsoever, I ended up waiting for another 8 minutes inside the building. Not to mention you can clearly hear their staff arguing behind the counter. Seems this DQ is not one to rely on. I certainly won’t.

Don’t try to use the restroom unless you buy something FIRST! Terrible service and snotty clerk. I could have peed on the floor but as long as I don’t buy something first, you can’t have the code to the restroom. Total joke!! Bought fries and threw them in the trash. Cost me $4 to use the restroom. And I was actually going to buy lunch for the family. Won’t ever go back. Total hole!! Bought $50 from nearby place. Take a lesson Dairy Queen.

After ordering our food and being told the soda machine wasn’t working in the dining room. We waited for our food and drinks so long we had to ask that our food be made to go. Wasn’t very happy with how long a wait for food. For a fast food place it was rather long of wait. Like going to a sit down restaurant.

My wife granddaughter of 2 yo stopped in for lunch after camping. The 2 yo had to go pee bad, my wife was getting herself together and I went in and they refused to let the baby go potty without making a purchase first. I pleaded my case told her we were all going to have lunch but the baby has to go bad. She (self declared supervisor) refused so the baby had to pee elsewhere. Other employees calling out bathroom code so everyone one on store could hear!! That cost them our business and hopefully others.

After another long drive, all I wanted was to enjoy a creamy, delicious, soft serve, Chocolate Ice Cream cone from Dairy Queen. They told me “No, sorry”, & that their soft-serve Chocolate Ice Cream has been “DISCONTINUED at this location”. SO disappointed, again! That is the third time I’ve heard that same response at a Dairy Queen! What the heck is going on?

Disappointing customer service. Got a Blizzard through the druve-thru and the worker didn’t say anything to me when she handed me my food. I paid, returned my card, and was handed my food all while she had a conversation about shift supervising with another worker. Probably won’t be returning here again.

I had pretty much quit going to dairy queen as prices kept going up while quantity was going down and frankly although the treats are really good I didn’t feel like I was getting enough bang for my buck.
