Wow, pretty great experience this evening! The lady taking the order through the drive-thru sounded so pleasant and easy to understand. My food, both burgers and fries, were hot and delicious, and my hot fudge sundae wasn’t melting all over the place before I got it, which was nice! The drive thru line, however, had such a long wait. My dinner more than made up for that inconvenience.

Ordered thru Grubhub, fries were BURNT. No lettuce no tomato means extra apparently? There was no cookie dough in my cookie dough blizzard, when I called they wanted me to keep the food in my hot car till I’m off work at 5 and then they’ll remake it? So leave it in my car in hot the 80 degrees temperature for 5 hours? Seems legit.

There’s something so nostalgic about the soft serve vanilla ice cream at dairy Queen. Me and my wife came here on a whim the other night because we were both craving a sweet. I used to be a big Sunday guy, but this time I ordered a banana split because it’s what my dad always used to get when I was a kid. It was so good.

This place was great I was greeted upon entering and I let them know I needed to look at the menu so the server stepped back and gave me time. When I stepped up to the register my order was taken immediately and my food was ready very quickly even though the drive thru was packed. I give this crew at this restaurant an A+

My last trip to DQ took an unreasonably longer than expected amount of time in the drive thru. Total order time took about 25 minutes. When i got my food, the blizzards were starting to melt and cups had ice cream running down the sides, the lady tried to give me the wrong order and then looked at me like I was the one in the wrong.

We ordered ice cream cones and the employee that helped us seemed to be high on drugs. His eyes were large and hands were shakey, and the ice cream was all inconsistent sizes. I did not want my children to eat the ice cream cones after he had been handling them

We ordered a banana split with our meal and after getting home and taking a few bites I discovered the bananas were considerably unripe, making the whole point of the dessert taste awful. After coming back and informing them of it is when the person on the headset said they were waiting on another shipment and their current bananas weren’t ripe. Then why even bother selling them if they taste disgusting??? The staff failed to inform us the first time we came through that they didn’t have ripe fruit and half the reason we came was for the dish, which is NOT cheap, which is why we came through to fix the situation. They didn’t have anything to properly substitute the dish since that’s one of the main reasons I came there, so when we asked for a refund we were hit with the “it’s against their policy” excuse. It took 3 different people, for some reason, to communicate the situation which made it all the more prolonged and difficult. The manager on staff was making it very difficult to resolve the issue; there was nothing else to replace the dish since the bananas were all unripe so the only other option at that point should’ve been a refund, but it was like pulling teeth trying to get one. We were in line for quite awhile and ultimately had to another location up the street to get the dish replaced with RIPE bananas.
