We stopped in for a bite to eat. The idea of a charbroiled burger sounded good. The service was quick and efficient. The food so-so. They do not charbroil their burgers anymore. Very disappointing. The atmosphere was bad due to a person being there coughing up a storm and not covering his mouth. No manners at all. Then one of yhe employees was in the bathroom puking and we could hear him out in the eating area. We will NOT be returning to this DQ. It was not a pleasant experience.

For some reason this dairy queen is 20% more than others I’ve gone to. If you look up blizzards and cones there twice as much at this location. The service is better than other fast food nearby though, but hot food isn’t worth the price at all.

I ordered a couple drinks both diet but one for coca cola the other Dr. Pepper. When the girl handed them to me they were not marked as to which was which. I asked her which one was coke etc. She responded I don’t know I didn’t make it. When I asked someone behind her she shut the drive up window and walked away! How rude was that?!?! I’m the paying customer! I essentially pay your income. If neither of them knew just say so! It’s better to be respectful then rude and cause your boss to lose business.

I go here all the time and they’re normally always great, but the last few weeks they’ve sucked, they can’t scan the app so I cant earn points and their chocolate soft serve hasn’t been up in weeks, you would think for a store that’s big on ice cream that it wouldn’t copy McDonald’s, nothing against the employees but the manager needs to get it together and get these issues fixed not take weeks to solve them

the last few times i have been here it has been AWFUL. for starters i ordered a new York cheesecake blizzard. the cup was busted through so they “double cupped” it to cover it up , then there was NO strawberries. there has been three times i have asked to add Carmel and PAID extra for the added Carmel in my Oreo blizzard and no Carmel was in it. these incidents keep occurring . i am no longer coming here! waste of my money.
