Very impressed with the service staff and cleanliness of the store. During our visit and VERY filthy, urine stained and smelly homeless man came in, sat in a booth to charge his phone. While I am not without compassion, it was MANDATED during COVID to sanitize and disinfect every surface between customers. Nothing was done to the booth this person occupied even though the staff wasn’t busy inside!!!! Staff needs to be instructed to sanitize and disinfect every surface when someone this filthy and urine stained visits and occupies a booth or seat. This is a public health hazard. We will not come inside again.

Good food but don’t know what a plain cheese burger is, 3xs they messed up on order and when it was corrected my son’s sundae was melted and they wouldn’t replace it. But overall it’s a nice place to beat the heat.

Dine in: Wow extremely disappointed with this place. Made my kid cry, waited patiently about an hour (they were not busy when we ordered) Finally checked on our order and they lost it on their end. They weren’t even apologetic. Then as I asked for a refund since we never got our food they girl told the manager just refund the food! The audacity.. No way I asked for a full refund because that was ridiculous. Really had high hopes for this place but come on, if you mess up own up to your mistakes.

Have been several times and each time it’s a long wait and I always order an Oreo cookie blizzard and the last 3 times it’s more like vanilla ice cream with a hint of something. The last time I went with the family we got 3 blizzards and they were all unidentifiable after getting through the top 1/3. After that it was just vanilla ice cream and the top was not more than 1/2 a cookie crushed into dust or other topping. Bad camera angle but it’s only 1/2 gone and there was a little chocolate dust in there

Loved my vanilla ice cream cone and service was excellent. My burger was just OK. But I will definitely go back for an ice cream cone.

I went for ice creams, the service was slow, the people were nice but seemed to be more interested in gossiping with each other than paying attention to the orders.

Came here a while back when Raising Cane’s was a madhouse (2 hour wait stretched into a 4 hour wait) and was pleasantly surprised – shocked, even – at how good their burgers and chicken fingers were. Hadn’t been to a DQ since one time in my childhood and don’t remember it being very good so I didn’t come in with high expectations, just wanted to get fed finally. It’s no Commons in Tracy but for late night fast food it was probably as good or better than Cane’s and definitely faster (minutes vs hours).

The service was quick and friendly, and the food was excellent – better than other fast food in the area. Check em out!

I’ve always enjoyed DQ but they have train their employees to be courteous and friendly. First of all, i drove up to order at the menu and i couldn’t hear the person taking my order. Eventually got my order through so I drove up to the window and the kid doesn’t make eye contact and yells out $13.50. No please, no “Hi, how are you?”, no smile and can’t even say $13.50 Please. Employees like this need to be trained. Another employee behind him passing with get face with bare hands and continues to handle food. Again, training is essential here. Good luck with your business.
