The last two visits to your facility has been painful . Your un-trained staff have difficulty in making simple orders. Two dipped cones were the worst effort I have ever seen. The cones dripped so bad, due to the ice cream being too soft, and the cone falling apart. This has happened twice now. Our friends also had the same issues with different orders. I would suggest you train your staff and get some machines fixed. I would not recommend any one too waste their time on this franchise and pay for ice cream that is second best.

First time trying this DQ since it opened. I came ready to try and give it an honest shot. Everything seemed ok until I was nickel and dimed over ranch. So this review is for the owner, it’s understandable you have to pass the cost along to the consumer but after a single upsized meal runs me over $15 you still have to program your associates to charge me $1.79 for two ranch cups that are poured in the store in to-go containers?! That left a really bad taste in my mouth before even trying the food. Now the honest review of the food, the burger was hot, fresh and good, (it’s the only thing that kept me from going back In for a refund.) The French fries were awful, they had a strong fish after taste not even your $1.79 ranch could mask. Fries should never be fried in the same oil as fish Pattie’s absolutely disgusted. Must do better, try including one side sauce with a meal maybe, every other fast food place does.

New DQ in town on Indio and Monroe. Clean and new building and they have heath bar ice cream bars. I recommend the $7.00 all day burger or chicken tenders Combo meal. For that price you get a double cheeseburger, fries drink and a sundae. I will be back very soon!
