I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes for someone to greet me and take my order. While I was waiting the staff were all huddled in the drive thru area, some just standing there, in which one of them finally came and took my order. I ordered a min blizzard and there was barely any candy pieces in it. As I sat in a warm lobby, I watched another customer wait about 5 minutes for her service. I will definitely not be back to this dairy queen!

Food tasted good. They were hardly any onion rings for $4.29. they were tasty but hardly any. Hamburger was delicious. Probably will not return as hamburger onion rings in a drink was over $18.

Ordered at the drive thru..bacon cheeseburger with a side of onion rings..got home..less than 5 minutes away..got a double cheeseburger no bacon and COLD what is with these burger places that can never get the order correct and give their customers cold food! So glad I prefer to prepare food at home..come on DQ..you use to have good food

Disgusting. I spent almost $60 on 3 meals, and we got molded ranch, which we didn’t know was molded until we dipped our fries into it. Oh and our shriveled up chicken strips that we only got 4 of. And then my husband goes to take a bite of his chili dog and got a nice bite of mold just to see that our hot dog buns were molded as well. Then when I drove across town to get a refund since everyone lost their appetite in fear of what we would find next. They wanted to refund me for the molded food only. They wanted to give me a whole $5.76 back. I asked for a refund of everything so we could purchase food somewhere else..but still only wanted to refund me $5.76.

Had a Reeses blizzard, very bad, ice cream was melting badly when I got it and I could have used a peanut butter cup sniffing dog to locate the Reeses in the blizzard. things must be going bad for that franchise, as I have never seen a place so stingy with ingredients. do not recommend
