Food was ok, ice cream is always good, service was sad. No one asked us our order or even addressed our presence for ten minutes! Had to order online in store even though no other customers were there. Then of course a guy walked in after we went to sit to wait for our online order and they spoke to him right away. Made us feel invisible even though we made eye contact with at least 3 employees. I worked in the food industry, you should at least address the customer and let them know you’ll be with them shortly, instead of straight ignoring them. They gave us our ice cream without our hot food on a to-go order so our ice cream was pretty much fully melted. Maybe don’t let the ice cream sit when foods not ready? I dunno, just makes sense.

Ordered milk shakes. Ended up messing it up twice. Took it in. They made it right. While I was in there another person was waiting for their corrected order. Just seemed like they were preoccupied with workplace gossip vs orders at hand.

Paid $18 for 2 burgers, 1 side of fries& a funnle cake….? She didn’t tell me the total till i got to the window, unlike the person b4 me, who got her total b4 the window. Also seems like they are only fast with ice cream & actual food takes them a while. Had to pull into the parking lot and waited for 10 minutes….. Get my food & the fries are cold….. Didn’t even want to go back to tell them. Would’ve been another 5 minutes. Later got home went to eat the burger. The buttom bun of my burger is sooo soggy & i got pretty far into the burger b4 i realized WHAT i was eating ( I was hungry) but some parts are still VERY pink. The other burger looks fine but mine does not. I probably can’t even get a refund kuz the girl didn’t give me my reciept…I even tried calling them legit 15 times and they won’t answer…..like this is a joke. Will go to a different location in the future.

It’s very important to understand that the two people working at this dairy Queen we’re working very hard and doing an excellent job and I’m not giving their service at two star rating, they were slammed and overwhelmed. I hope management notices that during these periods they need more people on the clock, It was overwhelming for the only two employees that were there and made customers wait unnecessary.

We just went to DQ and bought 2 Blizzards. The girl showed one at the window and turned it upside down tos how it was solid but not the other. Didnt think much of it until we got home. The 2nd one was like soup. The employee deceived us knowing they were giving us poor quality product. I know thesea are immature kids wanting to get out for NYE. DQ should have closed.for the day.

Horrible service. Ordered and paid for a large hot fudge sundae, received a medium with less ice cream than the second medium sundae that I also ordered. Was told that the ice cream was melted so that’s why it didn’t look the same. Anyone with half a brain could see it didn’t have enough ice cream. The employee made me feel like it was my fault!
