So far every time I have come here, the food has been great, the people have been amazing and the service was wonderful. Today I came through for a usual couple of items and as per normal it was on point. Many kudos to the hard working crew, now I know this seems simple but I asked for a plain burger patty, a lot of places for some reason can’t figure this out along with no ice in my drink. Never a problem here they even spotted me a pup cup for my dog which I highly appreciate. Keep up the good work.

So I come here all the time I’m talking like 3 times a week and I’ve never had a problem and I came today in the morning and I decided to come in the night it’s 10:25 they close at 10:30 and I was the last car. I understand you close at 10:30 but I was the last car they could’ve taken my order no instead I saw the other two cars in front of me get their food and they couldn’t take my order. And they’re usually fast but no they took forever this time. I’m actually upset about this because I just wanted a blizzard.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had! No, hello, no thank you, no sorry for the long wait because we messed up your order, no flipping you blizzard upside down. I mean, they hardly look at you. I’ve been here several times due to the convince of being closest, but the young ladies that work the window in the afternoon and evening are bringing the business a horrible reputation. I’ve never wanted to smack someone silly like this……every single visit. Dairy queen ya’ll rock, get better employees at least ones that have etiquette.

We bought drinks only. So drink were good. The service was great. The only con is that first time we came to the dairy Queen they were not open at 10: 30 like they said they were supposed to be. They must have been devastated because of the spoon and missing. LoL

The location was super Nice! The staff was very friendly. While i was waiting at the drive thru Window, a manager came out and was cleaning the Windows. She started a friendly conversation with me. I asked if she was a manager because i wanted to tell her how friendly the cashier was, and she said she was the STORE MANAGER! I have NEVER seen a store manager that actually goes outside to clean their restaurant. Now that is what I call management! Not only a great team, but a store manager that helps out! The food was hott and tasty as well! Amazing experience highly recomend this location!
