I’m very disappointed with my visit today. First I had to wait for 7 min just for someone to take my order. Second there was only one other person in front of and it took you guys another 10 min!! I finally got medium blizzard and went home and ate it. As I’m eating it I see a hair in it, a long one too!!! I am very disgusted by this and will never eat there again. People BEWARE!!

I’m disheartened to write this review as such, but every time we come here, our order has been incorrect. We’ve been here a dozen times or more since it’s been open and maybe twice our order has been correct. Short of opening up every single item when received, it sucks to get home and find either items missing or completely incorrect items in the bag. Today, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and only received a regular and my daughter’s kids meal was completely missing the applesauce. I get this happening every now and then, sure, but it’s been non stop lately.

We have loved this new DQ. They always have the friendliest employees that are happy to take our orders through the drive-thru as well as in-store. Ordered a banana split and it was the best one I’ve ever had from a DQ. We also love the Drumstick blizzards! Super clean as well.

I live like 3 minutes away and my food was cold when we got home. I had to wait for my food at the window so I was expecting it to at least feel like it was freshly made not like they made me wait for old food. $22 for two 4 piece chicken baskets only for them to be cold. Frustrating! Not going there again.
