I think I heard “sorry I gave out the wrong burger” and “sorry the chocolate ice cream is all melted” twice each in the 20 minutes I waited for my meal. However they were very polite about it.

I and some friends were visiting Wyoming. After going to Mirror Lake, we stopped to use the bathroom and get some ice cream. I ordered a small cheese curd and a heath blizzard. I went to the bathroom, came out, and sat down. I got up to see about my order, and my cheese curds were sitting in the window along with my friends. We informed the young man working the register that that was my cheese curds. A lady working in the back told him to put my stuff in a bag. He did it and then handed it to me. I had to ask for sauce. As I’m waiting for my blizzard, I see two blizzards in the window. It wasn’t busy, as there was only another person waiting. A lady who I assumed was the manager who came out from the back and asked me what I was waiting for? I told her my health blizzard. The guy making the ice cream told her which one was mine and she gave it to me. I went to sit down, and I saw they gave me the wrong one. I went back to let the guy working the counter know. He wasn’t very talkative and didn’t really say anything to me. he just looked at me. I waited for a few minutes, and my blizzard came out. I got the right one, so I went to sit down. As me and my friends are sitting down eating, we hear two people arguing in the back. One lady is telling another lady that she’s not her boss, and the other lady is saying that she is. The first lady is telling her that she’s going to call Jeff. The second lady tells the first lady to go ahead and do it, and she can also go home. I can hear the first lady talking to Jeff, and a few minutes later, we see her get in her car and leave. Who runs this place?! Super unprofessional environment. As a supervisor myself, you NEVER have any type of altercations with an employee where customers can hear, nor should an employee ever speak to a manager that way, especially where customers can hear. Secondly, the young man working the register seemed as if he had some issues with getting the food out, and he had issues communicating with customers and his co-workers. All in all, that was the only issue that I had. My cheese curds were fine, and so was my blizzard. I’m glad that I don’t live in Wyoming and have this be the only place to get ice cream.

Unbelievable how long we had to wait for one vanilla shake. We though the person ahead of us was ordering for an army since it took at least 20 minutes for their order to be given to them. Once they got them there were two blizzards and that’s all. Then it took another 15 to 20 minutes for one shake. Once the shake was done, the person held a shake and talked to an older employee for at least 5 minutes before he turned around and gave it to us. Unbelievable. Won’t be back.

26 minute wait for pretzel sticks and a small sundae. Had to give away my receipt for the sundae because my break is only so long. Awesome waste of time and money. Employee at the front seemed to have no knowledge of the menu items, and tried to ring me up for the wrong thing three times. Amazed the building is still standing at this point. Won’t be back any time soon, hopefully new management can turn things around.

Had not been there in a while thought we would have a nice meal, WRONG!!!! Ordered large onion rings got 4 and tasted burnt, cheese curds tasted fishy had to have been old oil! They handed my food out first bag with fries and cheese curds then I waited 5 minutes got a bag with 2 burgers waited another 5 minutes to get the last 2 burgers and burnt onion rings. By that time fries were cold and so where the cheese curds. Ordered 2 kids cheese burgers plain meat and cheese only to get home and find pickles and ketchup on them. Drive person was rude and as I asked for the ranch I ordered at the menu board he slammed the window and walked off. If I could give them a 0 I would. We won’t be back!!!

I was visiting a family member that was in the hospital. Nick was working the window. The drive threw was very busy, but he kept his composer. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant to enteract with, and thorough. I have to say he made my visit to the hospital less chaotic. Please keep this gent around!!
