The mirror in the women’s bathroom fell while my sister-in-law and great niece were in there. It shattered. My great niece got several cuts on her legs. No employee visited with her to see how she was. I believe all staff members were very young, but there should have been someone in charge. Someone who was trained how to take care of customers.

ordered a cheeseburger, had no patty. Fries not cooked all the way. Only positive was fast and hot but had a fancy grilled cheese sandwich instead of a cheeseburger.

This is the best fast food in Sterling. Very fast and very polite. I been to every fast food in Sterling and went through every drive-thru and this is the best. The worse is Sonic… very slow and very rude. One day on my way to work, I stopped there and ordered one burger. Not a meal, just the sandwich and they took about 30 min. They turned off the sign that said they were on the way with my food, but never showed up. I had to go to the door, they were very rude claiming they were busy. Then why turn that sign off? You want fast food? Go to Dairy Queen.

Shake was very runny. Nothing said when I ordered my meal small that the price was the same as medium that my husband ordered. Food was not hot. Fries were way past throw away time. We did eat but not likely to go back. We’re traveling between greeley and nebraska ad we do several times a year.

It was a quiet experience as it was later in the evening and closer to closing time. The staff was efficient, friendly, and seem to enjoy what they do. As per S.O.P. the register attendant served Blizzards upside down (love this as it shows their soft serve ice cream is properly refrigerated ). Thank you DQ staff for the pleasant dining experience.
