I called in special, ordered a birthday cake to be delivered! I verified it twice with them. Yes, the cake was delivered, but nothing was written on the top like it was supposed to be… when I called back, she said yes, we accidentally handed out the cake without putting that on it… the sticker on it actually said, thank you instead of happy birthday.. I guess I should’ve called six times instead of two to verify!! do not order a cake unless you go in and make sure they do it correctly because otherwise, it will be done wrong!!!

Don’t come to this Dairy Queen if you want any kind of service whatsoever. This location is run by a bunch of kids who couldn’t care less about costumers. I had a mobile order of a mini blizzard that was ready when I walked into the store, then I had to wait 15 minutes to have to yell over the counter to get anyone’s attention to be ignored the first few times. Then I had someone come over and give me attitude about asking to get my order and just handed it to then just walked away instead of serving the 7 people that were waiting behind me. After that just to receive the wrong blizzard. This place is horribly run and needs new management or someone who cares about service at the least.

All the fast food restaurants in Brighton need to take notes from this Dairy Queen Came here last Tuesday and the girl running the drive through was friendly and had the best customer service ever I should have got her name to give her a shout out but it was the best experience we’ve had. We need more people like her in the industry especially in Brighton. Hats off to this establishment for hiring the right people!!
