Left a ballgame in Lincoln. Told my wife that Dairy Queen sounded good. We looked online and it said it closes at 10:00 p.m.. We walked in with another couple from the same ballgame at 8:50 p.m.. We were instantly approached by a young lady that told us the dining room closes at 9:00. It took us 10 minutes to place our order with a young man that didn’t appear to have taken many orders before. We were going to get it to go. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. The other couple was furious. When the food was ready they sat on the counter. No tray, no bag. Even though we couldn’t eat in dining room. I asked for a bag. They handed me one and I had to bag my own food.

I’m actually amazed at their malt making abilities. I’m happy they opened up before the usually chain restaurant hours and had been open since 8 am. I don’t know what it is about the different service I receive from when males are in charge compared to women, but I’ll take the women every time. Occasionally I have trouble with my orders when women are in charge but not all the time. I’m greeted swiftly and made sure my odder is correct prior to exiting the restaurant and this location isn’t any different. I’m not sure on the ownership but kudos to your & hiring of the crew I had the pleasure of encountered this morning

Food was great. Service not so good. I ordered a single hamburger was given a double, ordered Diet Coke and a coke. Neither marked and when I asked the girl at window said oh I don’t know they were just handed down… I received no receipt, no napkins and no ketchup. I was the only one in drive thru. I will never understand why there’s so many mistakes made

I waited over 20 minutes for the wrong burger, old cold fries, and a soupy blizzard. Then, when they corrected my burger, they still made it wrong, and the remade blizzard was still super soft. The whole experience was a train wreck.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the $6 1/3 lb double cheeseburger meals and 1 $6 chicken strip meal. The meals come with a drink and a sundae. I was really surprised that we were given the sundaes first and then waited several minutes for the rest of our order. It was 90° outside and even with the air on full blast they started melting. My daughter had to remind the cashier to give her debit card back. We get home and discover our doubles were singles. The order of fries was skimpy. But…everything tasted good. The sundaes firmed back up after a little time in the freezer. I was only going to give 1 star but when I called I spoke with Stacy who apologized and made it right. So 3 stars. Everyone makes mistakes and we will come back.
