The food was pretty good. I am disappointed in the size of the fries, but the quality is good. Inside is clean and nice. The wait was a bit long for what we got but they are friendly. Bathrooms are clean and had soap. I added more ketchup to the burger but look at that construction! SpongeBob would be proud and they didn’t forget THE PICKLES!

Horrible customer service.. I order through the drive through and once I was finished, I was asked to pull up forward while my food was still cooking. After waiting for several minutes, a lady gave me my food and I asked where my drink was that came with the meal. She laughed and asked me what I had ordered.. I then told her I ordered a root beer. So, she walked off and about a minute later came back with a drink. NOT what I ordered. Instead, I was given an Dr Pepper. After telling her exactly what I asked for more than once! I work in customer service for years and paying attention to detail to what the customer would like is very important. Will not be coming back here again..

If you’re a fan of soft ice cream in a cone, DQ is the place to go. In the past month or so, I’ve stopped by here 3 times to get a large vanilla ice cream cone. All 3 times, I got a soft but firm and good tasting ice cream cone. The service folks were friendly and pleasant in serving up the ice cream. I’ll continue to buy ice cream cones here when I’m the area.

Due to food sensitivities/allergies; I have not eaten at DQ in over 10 yrs. I was very pleased with the quality of the food as well as they have a dairy free dilly bar. No reaction to anything I ate. Nice to add another place to my approved to eat at list.

The food was ok at best. Wasn’t really made with any kind of respect for the burgers. The cheese wasn’t even melted on one of the burgers. Service was great as far as being friendly but food tasted ok. There were empty tables but they weren’t clean.

I used to think of them as great. Recently purchased 3 of their 4 strip chicken strip baskets with fries and rings at Bentonville. Each basket contained about 6 fries, and exactly 3 small onion rings, making their advertisement pictures false advertising. Won’t buy any more of those, and may not go back for anything. Disappointed.
