The 3 pretzel sticks with cheese were pretty good. Got them in the 2 for $5 deal. Decent little snack. Only go to DQ a couple times a year, it’s kind of in an inconvenient location and on the back burner when I think of even ice cream locations around town. But it’s good when we go, so maybe we will visit more often?

Worst chocolate malt shake I’ve ever had! I don’t know if the young lady didn’t know how to make a shake or she just didn’t care but it really sucked! I’ll never waste my money there again!

Asked for a number 3 and a large moolate to drink told me their machine for making them is down, as it has been for the past year, told me they can make it a different way and I told them it was fine. Now here’s the problem, they forgot my burger entirely and only gave me my “moolate”, this is the 3rd time it’s happend. So I said screw it and left. They only charged me for the drink, so the only thing I lost was time, at least I thought. When I started drinking my “vanilla moolate” it had multiple m&ms in it not only that but it tasted like a mocha. Overall, friendly workers who have no clue what their doing and a company that never clean/fix their machines.

I’m done with getting blizzards here they hardly put any toppings in them . This was my second time getting a blizzard where it was mostly just plain vanilla soft serve. Honestly, save your money and just get a cone there’s no point in ordering a blizzard at this location. . I wish I had just gotten a cone versus paying for a blizzard with such little toppings . I’ll be going to sonic , cold stone creamery , or marble slab the next time I want an ice cream with mix ins . Seriously I wouldn’t waste your money on a blizzard from here

I recommend that this company seek professional employees and not just anyone to fill the position. I pulled up wanting to order the two double cheeseburgers for $7 and asked to add the fry and drink as what it says on the menu outside and the woman that was taking my order kept going back and forth with me asking me did I want the number 10. I kept letting her know I was just ordering what I see on the menu since I don’t eat there not ever. Nobody was there, the place look like it was a bandit and now I understand why it’s not slamming with customers because of the rude staff. If I’m going to spend my hard-earned money I’m going to do it with people that’s going to respect what they’re doing and appreciate their positions. Then the rude woman that was taking my order kept mouthing while I was at the window, then if it wasn’t for my children being with me I probably would have end up catching a charge! Some people really do need to be careful with how they treat people as if nothing can be done about it… So in other words if the menu said two double cheeseburgers for 7 and add a fry and a drink that means just what it is. That doesn’t mean try to ask the customers do they want an additional two fries and two drinks trying to double up the ticket. If I wanted the number 10 I would have ordered two number 10’s. Management needs to take some tips from Chick-fil-A employees. People will keep coming at night as they do in the day when the head owner is present. Know better do better. Don’t take your issues out on customers willing to put money in your register because that’s how you lose and every penny counts.
