The staff was friendly enough but they got our order mixed up with someone else’s. When we took part of the order to the counter to let them know we we were told that we had ordered that. A few moments later and one of the servers came and explained about the mix up. They were out of ketchup and ranch, there were no lids for drinks at the drink station, I had to go back to the counter to get some. But they were super friendly and a little busy so the mix up was understandable.

Went through the drive thru ordered a large sprite didn’t receive drove around had to wait behind 2 cars when I got to the window a second time I receive my large drink got home drink was nothing but carbonated water called to the restaurant told the young lady what my problem was she stated ” let me let you talk to the manager I heard the manager in the background saying it was sprite then I got hung up on I learned my lesson never go to this overpriced establishment again

Was told I had to wait 15 minutes for the system to reboot… during dinnertime? I’m sticking around because I have wanted soft ice cream for a week now and I finally was able to get it (I hope). However while waiting, ladie’s bathroom has no wastebin in the stall. Desgusting.

I came thru the drive thru after sitting there waiting for someone to come on the speaker to place an order but after so long I said hello is anybody here..Then about 5 minutes later the lady came on the speaker and said will you quit hollowing in my ear and wait .I’m helping another customer on the inside.. I politely said .. Well if you just had acknowledged that I was out here by saying I will be right with you. . Rude and ghetto. Fabulous…. I didn’t want anything at this point. I said help me spend my money with people with great customer service. Because this place needs help

I waited in line at drive thru for more than 20 minutes. The person on the intercom didn’t greet me so I would know someone was there. When I asked if the machine was working, she said yes, give us a minute. Well that minute turned to 6 minutes. No apologies, no explanation. I realized I could have cooked my food by now so I left. I am quite sure there are other establishments that will be happy to get my money. Glad to know the owners can afford to lose customers in this economy.

Customer service was upsetting. After placing the adult portion of my order, in the drive thru, I searched for the kids section. I was unable to locate it. I asked if they had a kids section, because I didn’t see it. She stated they do, so I looked again. Not wanting to hold up the line any longer, I said “there’s no kids section” and could she tell me the options. She rudely said, “it’s there” and began to list the options. I said, “it’s not”, and was about to place that portion of my order. At that point, another voice came on the speaker and I completed my order with her. At the window, I explained that there is no kids section and the other representative should not have spoken that way to me, amongst other things. I was uncomfortable after finding out that the previous rep made our ice creams. I was offered the option to have them remake them, but I declined. However, I did not end up eating mine due to the uncomfortable encounter. The second rep was very professional and pleasant, and is the reason I gave 2 stars. The first should not speak to customers if she can’t speak any better than that. Pictures are included of the drive thru menus taken after the encounter. Let me know if I’m missing the kids section.

Did not have items on their menu board. Was told they did not offer item. Then given price that was higher than on menu board for something they actually did offer. Drive off without picking up food. Went somewhere else for supper.
