We went through the drive thru and got 2 mini blizzards that were between 2/3 and 3/4 full. For $4.79 each for a mini, you would think they would at least try to fill up the cup more than that. Pic was of the cup that was filled more. The other was maybe 2/3 full.

POOR POOR SERVICE! No counter service! They allow you to stand there for just staring at you. no one will say I’ll be with you shortly. They just leave you standing there. Five people including ourselves and not including the customers that were walking out when we were coming in, walked out while I was there because no one would acknowledge our presence. I’d rather see them locked the door if they’re not serving the lobby rather than just having a lobby full of people to just stand there and not be served. Everyone was moving in slow motion like they were just waking up. AWFUL! As a matter fact, I’ll be calling their corporate office in the morning.

Worst place to get soft ice cream at night. The employees have the most nonchalant attitude and have the same work ethic as the people who work at Gonzales DMV (IYKYK). I can run that store better by myself than the 3 people I saw working there the other night.

I like this DQ is clean and the people working there is very friendly and the food is delicious, but 2 things we love from this place is the Dilly Bar and the blizzard. We highly recommend so if u want to seat outside and enjoy the night come to this place for one of this ones.

Drive through took forever and then went to eat my food and found hair inside my order. It was on the under part of the bread so I didn’t see it until I ate some other food first. I’m disgusted.

We like our late night Blizzards and the people here are generally friendly and courteous but recently the drive through has been a nightmare. The last 2 visits they were actually closing early and NOT informing the customer’s waiting to order. We were stuck in line for more than 15 minutes. Hang a “We’re Closed” sign for goodness sake!
