Last time I ordered their chicken six piece strip basket and received a four piece. This time I ordered the same thing and they gave me a five piece with no gravy. The guy at the drive though even asked what dipping sauce I wanted. Also the bread is balled up, the chicken is cold but the fries were good.

Everything is great but the food. The price is higher on your food but the portions have been cut back by a ridiculous amount. I understand that this is going on at a lot of restaurants now but this here is ridiculous! I’ve always ordered the chicken strips meal and the size of the strips were always at least 4 inches long and now when I get them they are just a tiny bit larger than the chicken nuggets at McDonald’s. It’s a complete ripoff! If I wanted chicken nuggets I would have gone to McDonalds instead.

Super clean and friendly environmente especially from the front counter workers (I think Rita was her name), always treats my kids with respect and kindness. The food is quickly served and hot. Great proportions! Best DQ in town in my opinion

They get two stars because the ice cream I have gotten here has always been great! However, I got food there for the first time today and paid $13 for a 4 piece chicken strip box. I got 2 and a half pieces of chicken that weren’t wider than my finger and they maybe threw 10 fries in the box that were all very soggy and tasted old. The girl helping me was very kind, it was just the food quality that made me wish I hadn’t spent so much on it.

Horrible crew this afternoon. Cheeseburger was cold and unmelted slab of cheese. One at the counter was rude. Coke machine in eating area was empty and had to wait for the rude one to fill it in the drive thru with a dirty look.

So I came here to Dairy Queen after a 10 hour shift and i ordered the 2 for $6 snack deal, a cheeseburger and pretzel sticks. when i got to the window i was met with passive aggressiveness from the girl where she snatched my card out of my hand and her acrylic nails scratched my fingers. I was handed my food bag and luckily I opened the bag right away to find there was no pretzel sticks, a cheeseburger and fries i was met with. I waited for the guy to come back to the window where I was asked “are you missing something?” I told him about the mix up and i had also ordered a chocolate shake and a blizzard, to which that was missing as well. He came back with my pretzel sticks but no shake or blizzard in sight. So i told him about the missing desserts and he went away, returned with a shake and told me to have a good night. i am perplexed at this, so i’m sitting at the window waiting with the last bit of patience i have at this point. The man comes back to the window, “are you missing something?” I tell him about the blizzard and he leaves and returns with said blizzard. I leave the drive thru to return to my mother and my cat. On the drive home I reach for a fry to eat, and they are stale and cold. Safe to say I will not be returning to this Dairy Queen.

Waited for what felt like forever for a strip basket and the new burger. They messed up my burger and fries for both of us were cold. Also the employees were just walking in circles around the counter and by the entrance. And staring at us. We were the only people in the restaurant. Wanted to get ice cream for the wife’s birthday but figured better not push it. Was terrible all the way around.

When I’ve gone to other DQ’s in the past I can expect to wait for 10-15 min for chicken strips but they got my food out right away and it was warm. Great customer service to the Thursday evening crew, they deserve a raise.

Bit of a mixed bag here. Right now this location seems a bit understaffed. We went inside just to get a couple slushies. Only a few kids working and you could tell they were stressed. Family waiting at the counter said he’d been there for a half hour still waiting for his food. We got our slushies in a fairly timely manner so our experience was fine. New summer flavors are delicious. Everyone is struggling with labor right now so patience is key.
