Waited a half hour for a blizzard. Finally tried to cancel but the staff didn’t know how to do refunds so I stubbornly waited, sharing my opinion with everyone who walked in. The family behind me was served, ate and left while I waited and when I asked about it I was told they were “training”. Wow, what a joke. 2 employees who can’t figure out how to operate a cash register or make soft serve ice cream. The stupidity is astounding.

Worst location in lincoln. Every single time I’ve come here they’ve messed up my order some how. Tonight when I went through, they gave me the wrong size for both of my blizzards, forgot the dipping sauce in BOTH chicken strip baskets, and gave each basket literally 10 fries each. But I was charged $20? For what. Not to mention I waited forever and when I looked inside everyone was standing in a circle laughing. McDonald’s has better customer service than this lmao don’t come here
