My husband and I went thru the drive thru on Saturday night. I ordered a Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie blizzard. In the photo it shows that the ice cream itself is chocolate. I ordered and assumed the ice cream would be chocolate, then when I got to the window I asked and the girl at the window said no it’s vanilla ice cream. I asked if they could change it to chocolate ice cream. She got mad and said that they already had it made. Keep in mind this is a matter of a few seconds by the time we got to the window. Then she proceeded to tell me next time to ask when I order so they don’t have to remake it! I’m sorry, isn’t the customer always right? She was very rude! I tried to call and talk to a manager when I got home but they don’t answer the phone! Very disappointed!

I was very excited to set foot into Dairy Queen on this fine day. Only to be shocked by the horrifying environment going on around me. Ice cream was being dropped, the machine temporarily broke, and the cashier was throwing pens and papers at the wall. I wasn’t mad… just very disappointed. Not the Dairy Queen I know.

Ordered 3 cheeseburgers, regular fries and strawberry sundae all from the 2 for $5. After paying $9 and change told cashier I think she didn’t charge enough and don’t think everything is on receipt. She snapped back and said everything is on there!!! When told order was ready there were 3 cheeseburgers. I asked where is fries and sundae? She said I didn’t order???? So she started charging me and said I owed $5 and some change. I said all those are on the 2 for $5. She said I don’t care starting a new order so have to pay. Finally after 4 people were called to the cash register I just said give my money back. Received money back and left.

Cashier (older with red hair) needs a lot of guest training. Rude and condescending tone with guests. Interrupts and laughs at guests when she doesnt understand order. She continued to talk about a patron she didn’t understand , with other gueats, after that guest left the line.

We always stop there when driving through. Place had been packed before we got there & staff had not time to wipe the tables off. The tables generally cleaned off well.Their milk shakes/malts are thinner than they used to be.

After 22 minutes I went up to see what the holdup was on our order – they had a shift change and didn’t realize our order was up there to prepare- then they didn’t make gravy that day so they brought the chicken strips out with no gravy! The whole place was filthy, if We hadn’t been on the road for 10+ hours we would have demanded a refund and left! Major disappointment!!! Never been in a DQ that filthy! The employee in the back sounded like he was shouting through a megaphone!!!
