My wife and I took our 3 grandkids to this location yesterday 8/15/23 to get some treat’s around 3:00 PM. When we walked in to the restaurant to dine in, right away we could smell a strange foul odor and several tables were dirty and only three other tables were occupied. The staff was not the friendliest but it did not affect their service and they did handle our order and the eieght customer’s after us promptly. The Treats were great, but this location does not seem to have the DQ Swirl down as this is our third time here since April and each time the swirl was MIA, which DQ is known for. (Staff training)

It’s a Dairy Queen! I have never eaten anything but ice cream at any Dairy Queen and I don’t eat at these types of places often in general – but this location lives up to what I expect from a big name ice cream store. My Oreo brownie sundae was delicious & the staff was courteous and did their jobs correctly. Store was clean & had a few tables to sit at and enjoy a little down time! Can’t complain.

This store needs a complete makeover or needs to just close. DQ soft serve is the best, but when the employees don’t seem to care about the appearance of the product or the appearance of the store, there is definitely a problem. 2 dipped cones should not cost $8 and shouldn’t look like a toddler made it at a buffet where the ice cream is free at the end. All tables and doors were dirty, even though it was the middle of day when there were no customers. Trash was overflowing.

Terrible service. We bought 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. The girl charged the kids meals as Ala Carte which doubled the price from the meal and did not come with ice cream. When I brought this to her attention she was no help and did not fix the error, nor would she give us the ice cream that was supposed to come with the kids meal. We paid almost $16 + tax for 2 kids meals that are normally under $6. Terrible service and the inside is messy. Do not recommend.

Waited 40 minutes for a mobile order and others who ordered after us got theirs before we did. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes with no one greeting us (happened to a few others as well). I totally understand that they were busy but they could have easily acknowledged us and others saying they were going to help us soon. A gentleman that worked there finally asked what we ordered and got it to us but overall a bad experience.

The drive thru line was very long so I went in and one employee is yelling at another employee I TOLD YOU WE ARE OUT OF CHILI WHAT DONT YOU GET ABOUT THAT. There are mothers with kids in there, that’s not the half of it this is the filthiest dirtiest unsanitized place I have ever seen in my life and I delivered beer at one time in my life and had seen some very dirty places this was the top. Not one person had gloves on took my money then went and got orders then took more money and made my cone when I grab it he had chocolate syrup all over his hands, never once washed his hands milk sitting out ice cream toppings all over the ice cream machine looked like it hasn’t been cleaned all year. I’m guessing if there was 20 or more cars in the drive thru and 15 or more inside I’m guessing you’re making money they had 4 people working. If you don’t have enough employees then close. First thing in the morning I will call the health department you need an inspection and the no glove thing and or washing your hands after handle money is discussing,

I can’t rate the food since it didn’t take but 5 mintutes standing in a line behind four (4) other customers and observing. First off, when we walked in the place smelled like a cattle yard. Even the couple before us held a 4 year old child & the child said “mommy it smells in here.” Looked behind the cashier and wet towels contained stains of chocolate, strawberry sauce or something on them that were filthy. We were repulsed by the disorder and the over powering smell of the restaurant and hygiene of the staff working there so we walked out after about 5 minutes.

The ice cream is typical as you would get at most dairy queen restaurants. The service is EXTREMELY slow and disorganized. At peak times when the weather is warm on the weekend you will wait quite a while.
