I ordered a vanilla and chocolate ice cream cake and requested it to say happy birthday with pink and purple flowers and frosting. When my husband went to pick it up, they gave him two cakes, that had purple gymnast on them, they told him one was chocolate and one was vanilla…. I called the restaurant and they stated they had an accident and spilled water on my order so they got mixed up. They said I could keep one cake whichever flavor I wanted and return the other and get the correct cake. I wanted to keep the vanilla so I brought them both back because I couldn’t tell which was vanilla and which chocolate, I was told actually they’re both vanilla… I ended up getting the new cake, and keeping one of the old ones, and getting half my money back. They gal I spoke with was sweet, but it was so inconvenient.

Steadily going downhill on food quality. The “stackburger” was one patty and 2 bottom buns, despite the employee telling me “they’re ALL stackburgers” real condescendingly. When I order cheese curds, the middles are always slightly cold. I don’t mean room temperature, but slightly warmer than frozen.

This Diary Queen was amazing, I’m running the fireworks stand in the Walmart behind them and my night shift team canceled on me so I couldn’t leave the tent, the amazing manager on duty took my order over the phone and had an employee run it over to me if I could give this manager a 10 I would. I would mention her by name, she said it, but I missed it. Thank you keep up the great service.

I order a bacon cheeseburger deluxe it comes with bacon, lettuce, pickles, onions, tomatoes of course patties, cheese and bun I got home and there was no toppings just bacon cheese pattie and bun. It was very disappointing and I live 20 minutes away so very disappointing.
