Asked about salads & the person answering drive through failed to mention there was bacon in the side salad and no chicken .. ordered this and was highly disappointed when I got home because I do not eat pork. I was under the impression the side salad also contains chicken… I live down the street and want to take it back I’m not sure what to do here … waste of money ..

BEWARE! I drove through this city and stopped to grab lunch. The person at the window asked for payment and I gave her my credit card. It took awhile before the food finally came. I asked for a few items. Confirmed I received things in our order and even asked for extra sauce before I got the road. So I sat at the window for a few minutes organizing my food and then leaving.

Very friendly young lady at the register, Ember. As I came in, I saw her helping a blind man out to his ride. She was careful to not overstep, but was ready to help as needed. They were both smiling a lot. She rushed right back in, apologized for my wait (there wasn’t really any, as I was pondering the menu). She hopped right to making my blizzard, and bagged the food herself to make sure I got what I ordered, and brought it to me instead of calling out my number. It was a very pleasant interaction!

I went into this dinging experience with not huge expectations because DQ is known for ice cream not dinner. To start the dining room was very dirty. We ordered a kids meal, cheeseburger meal and a chicken salad. The kids meal and cheeseburger were fine, nothing special but edible. The salad had a long black hair running through it. I took the salad up to the counter and after waiting while people walked past me behind the counter someone finally addressed me. They took the salad with no comment or apology and said they would get me a new one. While waiting the rest of my family had already finished their meals. At this point, my appetite had been soured and I didn’t even want a new salad. I asked the guy at the counter if I could just cancel the salad. He was confused why I would want to do that and gave me the salad “for you to take to go!”. Again, not huge expectations but I would like a clean area to eat and not to have hair in my food. There was never any costumer service to try and make it right or even offer an apology. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went in and bought an icecream cake, 4 cones, and two other desserts. One day later 2 of us ate 2 small pieces of the icecream cake. While eating it we noticed the chocolate icecream and the crunches tasted funny. Later that night we were throwing up and having diarrhea. I called and they told me a manager would call me back but no one ever did. Please becarefull when buying their icecream cakes.
