1. I have been overcharged multiple times. I don’t know if it’s a language barrier but it’s usually the same girl & I am very specific to slowly repeat my order which is a combination 2 choices of items that they offer at a discount. I really wish they would quit hiring more people where English is not their first language. I have hired people and you’re supposed to hire people for positions according to where their talents are the best. People in these positions I feel should have jobs where they don’t have to constantly talk to the public, especially when taking food orders. Then I finanlly got annoyed that they again over charged me. So she had ti get the English speaking lady who I’m only guessing was a manager. That lady told me not to get upset at her (the manager) because she’s being respectful to me. I wasn’t even raising my voice swearing or making a scene. (Evidently they have a problem where they automatically go to that with the sign up that says “Be kind to our staff”. I’m so sick of seeing those signs when businesses have raised prices and the service has plummeted. Then on top of it, they try to put it back on the customer because the customer is tired of bad service (& repeatedly being overcharged.)

This Dairy Queen was typical DQ. Nothing special to write about. Had a Brownie Extreme Blizzard. Wasn’t mixed very well top to bottom. Really super chocolaty at the top and a lot of vanilla from center down.

This DQ is gross. Just gross. Men’s restroom was a mess and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or the trash emptied days. There were no hand towels or other way to dry your hands after washing them (which leads me to assume employees were unlikely to wash their hands after using the restroom). Again, gross.

It was busy! Around 1 p.m. there were people all in the lobby and counter area, and the drive-through was out to the road! However, the lead lady kept everyone in line and in tune with every order. She took masterful control of a chaotic situation and had order after order out without one customer complaint. Well, as long as we were there anyways.

Might have just been a bad day here. The ice cream machines aren’t working. It took over 20 minutes to get my order of 2 cheeseburgers and an order of chicken strips. The manager or cashier is telling the kitchen to hurry up but isn’t actually doing anything to help them.

Tried going through the drive through and the lady taking orders couldn’t understand that I wanted cheese curds instead of fries so I had to come inside and order. Was very nasty inside and there was a huge line of people waiting for food and waiting to get an order corrected. Also smelled bad inside.

All of the tables are always dirty. The soda machine doesn’t give the correct soda. Workers are rude to the customers I saw one if the cashiers throw ketchup at an old lady who asked kindly for some and it’s just horrible service.
