I ordered a chicken strip basket In the Drive-thru. The chicken was good, the fries were cold and it came out in a flat tray instead of a box. So when I picked up the bag, all the food dumped into the bottom of the bag. No napkins in the bag. The person at the drive-thru did not smile, did not speak-just shoved the food out of the window.

Bad service lady was very rude taking our order, I asked for lettuce and tomato on my burger and only got one shred of lettuce. Got a chicken strip meal and asked for bbq sauce couldn’t find it , it was under all the cold fries, they also only gave us 2 napkins that we couldn’t even use because they were covered in grease.

I like the ice cream from this place. Real top notch stuff coming out of here. I sometimes wonder what it would be like to work there but then I return to the real world knowing I’ll never be DQ material and sadly crawl back into my hole till I can get enough strength once again return to the place I love so much.

Love DQ… but this is how my food was packaged when I got drive thru today… chicken strips with bbq sauce…and napkins just thrown on them. And that’s apparently butter (?) On the toast… spent five minutes picking paper off of my strips. This after the person who waited on me said zero words, just shoved my food out the window at me. Bad form DQ. Probably just stick to the Farmington loc.

Just stopped in for icecream on a trip. Blizzard was runny, (not thick so you could turn it upside down like in the ads) not enough icecream, when asked about it, the server said that’s how their made. My buster bar was made on the small side. No our local dairy queen thank goodness!

Waited in line 20 minutes, staff came out side door and served 4 vehicles behind me. With ice cream and bagged food. Our order was 2 small blizzards and 1 mini blizzard. This melted mess was handed to me, wasn’t able to perform the upside down, when asking the cashier she said “Guess we could make another one if you’re not happy.” When asked if she would be happy with this it dripped all over my hand, pulled forward to get this picture. I understand drive thru and times are difficult but handing someone a melted drippy mess isn’t acceptable.
