First time going to this location and we had a good time. We accidentally messed up our mobile order under the wrong name and it had caused confusion. The staff were able to figure it out and get it corrected quickly. They were very polite considering it was our error.

Staff was perfect amount of friendly with out being fake. Special request for food item was accommodated without incident. Still can’t get used to $12 for 2 ice creams but whatever

I’m a big fan of Dairy Queen. This is a great location. The inside is open up and is always clean. The staff is friendly and the products consistent.

Have been a couple times in the last three months. I was served raw chicken tenders. The other time I ordered a burger with only meat cheese and lettuce. I instead got ketchup and mustard. Very disappointing because who doesn’t love a blizzard.

Took a walk with my dogs and nieces (9 and 11 yo) and they wanted to stop in for a drink and onion rings, so we stop and I send them. When they came outside my sister asked how much the total was, she said $9… for a drink and onion rings… and a cup of water. They ended up charging us for a snack combo onion rings and a drink? Went inside they refunded us foe the drink. Never fails at this location its always something

I have the Dairy Queen app I received a BOGO blizzard deal for my birthday. I read the fine print. Buy one get one free pay for the most expensive one. I order 2 small royal blizzards in the drive through the cashier can’t figure out how to ring up my order. She scans the bar code in my app. Tells me it doesn’t show up. Gets another lady who tells me I can’t order the royal blizzards on the birthday bogo. And proceeds to charge me for both. I payed for them and drove away frustrated because it is not these young girls faults that this Dairy Queen didn’t train them or that their system doesn’t work well enough to scan the app and honor the deal that was shown. I won’t be back.

They hand out the blizzards and ice cream first then ask you to pull around and wait 10 minutes + for the food, good thing it was only $50 bill while $25 of it melts in the car

There is no dine in which was fine as it was a beautiful day and we asked if we could sit on patio.. food was great , it was hot and delicious. The staff was super friendly.. definitely my go to dairy queen now, even if it’s a longer drive to get there..

I’ve never known a place to struggle more with order accuracy than this DQ location. If they succeed in getting your order right then you’ve still got the variable quality and quantity to contend with. You might get half filled large fries, 3 onion rings for $3.59, half filled gravy cup, cold fries, really it’s just an exceedingly frustrating experience. It wouldn’t be so frustrating if the food weren’t so expensive for fast food.
